WELCOME!! You will never want to leave this inviting, relaxing stunning beach side retreat!

The SeaCrest Condo is THE IDEAL beach front retreat with all the wonders of a quiet beach side accommodation offering all comforts of home, yet within minutes walk to lively dining, shopping and entertainment!

This professionally decorated two-bedroom, two-bath accommodation features an oversized beachfront lanai with stunning views and magnificent sunsets. There are windows in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and washer and dryer within the unit. Enjoy the beach or the private beachside pool just outside the door.

There are floor to ceiling windows in the living/kitchen/dining area which open pocket style. This feature opens the entire unit to the beach becoming the soothing beach breezes. Although this is a condo, it feels much more like a cottage because it has three walls open to the outdoors.

The beachfront lanai offers outdoor dining table & chairs, lounge chaise with ottoman, side table, ceiling fan, and "turtle lights", pocketing sliding doors, and stunning sunsets!

The living area features amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two leather recliners to relax and put your feet up at the end of a long day of frolicking on the beach, golf, or shell hunting.

There is a sleeper sofa, and two additional side chairs as well as an entertainment armoire. We have a book exchange - you are welcome to bring a book and take a book. There is a limited DVD library, and expanded cable. We offer WiFi free of charge.

With your reservation, we include the downloadable "Glad to Have You" App for your smartphone. This app gives you all of the information for the SeaCrest Condo including how to get there, WiFi codes, where we recommend to eat, what our local favorite spots are, where to karaoke, best jet ski rentals, etc, etc.

We provide kid and adult board games, cards, etc.

We are happy to assist with baby equipment rentals, bike rentals, etc. Just ask :)

The kitchen features three windows with views, a large breakfast bar for five, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, modern full sized stainless steel appliances, and a separate wine refrigerator/ beverage cooler.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed with BRAND NEW mattress (2016), fresh crisp bedding, armoire with TV, California closets, mirrored closet doors, wooden plantation shutters, ceiling fan, & private bathroom with glass enclosed shower, marble vanity. There are hardwood floors in the bedrooms and porcelain tile in the bathrooms.

The guest bedroom features two twin size beds that can be made into a second king bed if requested. The guest room has all of the bells and whistles as the master bedroom, California closets, hardwood floors, TV armoire, etc.

HI! My name is Susan Moran. I will tell you about me below, but first, I invite you to call me personally if you have any questions about The SeaCrest Condo. I am happy to answer any questions that you may have - about the beach, about the condo, or about the area in general.

About me: I grew up in Mount Prospect Illinois and attended Prospect High School...where I was class president & class clown! I attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (BSBA- Marketing) During my senior year I was visiting home and happened to meet a wonderful man from the West of Ireland. He had come to Chicago to see where he had been born. Tom was born in Chicago but moved to County Mayo, Ireland when he was two years old.

Long story short, that Irish accent melted my heart, and we have been married for over 25 years now. We have two lovely children and two dogs --

Our fist born is Sarah. She attends Indiana University studying Psychology & Business. She is pledging Chi Omega and having a blast! She will be studying & traveling abroad spring 2017.

Our son, Michael, is 18 now and in his senior year of high school where he is breaking hearts, playing football as well as tennis. He has not yet decided on a college, but is getting both nervous and excited to leave the nest.

We bought The SeaCrest condo in 2004 because we loved all the windows and the magnificent views of the beach. We also liked that it was NOT a part of a large condo complex and the beach front pool, which is rare and wonderful!

Over the years we have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful guests that now feel like family. We truly look forward to your arrival, and are proud to share our little piece of heaven with all of you - proud that our home is your home away from home.

Why SeaCrest Rentals chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

One of the wonderful & rare features of this lovely condo is that it has a beachfront pool that was "grandfathered in" before beachfront pools were no longer permitted.

This condo feels much more like a beach cottage than it does a condo. Almost all of the condos we looked at had three solid walls and one large window facing the beach. This particular condo has three outside walls, so the living area, kitchen, and bedrooms all have great sun light and beach views.

We also removed some walls and added floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so that the entire condo could be opened to the beach. We then added floor to ceiling windows where a solid wall used to be in the living area. We finished the extensive remodeling about a week before hurricane Charley took the roof off the building, and we had to start all over again!!!

Anyways, it has been worth it all. We love the condo and the north end of Ft. Myers Beach is so unique.

The condo is very clean and updated with amazing views of the water from the lanai. Walking distance to time square. The condo community has a very nice pool. All the amenities you need are in the condo. This was our second time at this condo. We will be back again.

This was one of the best vacations!

The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Since we flew in, this made it so easy for us. The view was amazing and the unit was clean (I am very picky about where I stay). I loved the keyless entry. No worrying about taking a key to the beaxh. Many places to eat in walking distance. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Everything it should be.

We stayed the week of June 19th 2017. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Patio is large and faces the beach with a FULL view. Not a side view like other places that say they have a "beach view". We sat on the patio every night with a glass of Merlo of course. Lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs. Full size washer and dryer not a tiny stack kind. large eating table but we ate at the nook in the kitchen. Lot of pots and pans to cook. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants at TIMES SQUARE. I would guess 15 min walk at a slow strolled pace on the beach. Large parking spot. Second floor is the best. First floor is next to pool and 3rd floor too far the go up the stairs. This was our 4th time is the area and this was the best place we stayed at. Other places asked us to strip the beds but not here. We were asked to put towels in the washer before we left which was not a big deal. I did not see a broom available, could have used one to clean up the sand we dragged in. We also saved a couple dollars by not getting the damage insurance, and we asked for a security Deposit instead which was fully refunded in 1 week by check from the owner Susan. We would love to stay here again but we have not figured out our schedule yet. Best thing about 208, the view of the beach every night. The worst, ice maker not working in the fridge. Felt very secure with key code locks. It was very nice to have a number code instead of carrying keys everywhere. who wants to carry keys on the beach? Shelling hint: go to BOWMAN beach on Sanibel Is. bring a strainer to get shells at waters edge. I caught a crab! Wanted to eat but wife said no! Communication with owner was great by phone and email!!!!!!!!

Im so sorry you didn't find the brooms-- tucked away in cupboards next to dryer, and vacuum in the utility closet-- the sand does have a way of following back!! Sorry about that! P.S.... The fresh Sanibel crabs are GOOD EATING!! Limit is three per person per day, so, boil up that pot next time! We would LOVE to have you stay with us again and make our home "your home away from home". There are so many fabulous sights to see and places to experience it is difficult to choose the highlights.

Golf anyone? There are over sixty five golf courses in a fifty mile vicinity. For a quarter you can enjoy the beach trolley which will bring you from one end of seven mile Ft. Myers Beach to the other. On the far north end is Bodich Park, a beach dedicated to natural preserve. Also on the north end is Times Square which is a very fun wharf area with a fishing pier, beach side casual dining, music, dancing, shopping and street performers. Kids love the playground near Times Square, the pirates ship and the homemade candy and ice cream shop. Hop back on the trolley and travel to the south end of Ft.Myers beach and over the bridge to experience the newly adorned beautiful Lover's Key State Park. Rent wave runners, parsail, mopeds, bikes and boats. Kayak tours of the bay. Mini golf, deep sea fishing and shelling! Watch dolphins and manatees in the canal. Rent a beach cabana!
