The apartment has a living room with open fully equipped kitchen, couch corner, separate dining area, fireplace, 2 balconies, 1 bedroom maisonette with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower & WC, cable TV, WLAN, underground car park, sunbathing directly at the lake , with own boat bridge and pedal boat with sun deck.
The view of the lake is incomparable, the residence shields from everyday life but is close to all holiday attractions. Enjoy the holiday with us and recover from the stressed life. Pier 5 in lovingly decorated design completes the holiday feeling. The holiday resort is approx. 10 minutes from the center.
The wellness area in the Landhaus Alte Eichen (next door) can be used for a fee.
If you like to travel with friends, there is the possibility to book the neighboring apartment Pier 6 (if available).

Wir waren super zufrieden. Schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieterin prima Verwalterin. Leider war der Urlaub viel zu kurz. Wir kommen gerne noch mal!

Wir hatten wunderschöne sonnige und erholsame Urlaubstage. Die Gegend um den Scharmützelsee ob mit Fahrrad, Boot oder Auto zu erkunden hat bei uns bleibende Eindrücke hinterlassen.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Sehr schön gelegene und absolut gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man so benötigt. Selbst ein Pizzaschneider war vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin als auch vor Ort war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und man hatte alles da was man benötigt. Leider war das wetter sehr durchwachsen aber das kann mal halt nicht buchen 😉. Wir werden wieder kommen.
