On the first floor facing south, the apartment rises over a spacious green area with plenty of space to relax, romp or barbecue next to the adjacent Marisma (tidal wetland in the estuarine delta, under nature conservation). The balcony overlooks the Marisma the sea.
The apartment offers the flair of Spain of the 80s with a high-quality parquet flooring and hinted stucco ceiling in the living room modernity, where it counts: New mattresses on all beds, a new stove, microwave and washing machine in the kitchen. Especially, the apartment offers ample space for up to 7 people.
Through the garden gate is reached via a small path along the Marisma to a lush green parklands alongside gentle dunes that lead to the family-friendly beach.
A playground and skate park nearby offers older children and adults a variety of possibilities - and a Basque national sport "pelota" (similar to squash) to get to know...
In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center Nojas with its bars, restaurants and many shops.
Here you can not need a holiday the car if you want to.
The town of Noja
The small town of Noja (2 500 inhabitants) is located in northern Spain in the province of Cantabria on a barrier peninsula on the Atlantic coast.
The region is known for its great, wide sandy beaches and the green mountainous surroundings - Spain with a difference!
The seemingly endless wide beaches invite you to various activities at sea: In the sheltered bay with the endless, sandy beach, children can play for hours. In the wilder, adjacent bay surfers and active swimmers can enjoy the surf.
In the evening we meet for a beer on the Plaza de la Villa, where the children can play and adults can enjoy the Spanish way of life in the tapas bars and restaurants.
The climate
The climate in Cantabria is in the coastal area maritime pleasant with fresh summers and mild winters.
