Enjoy our beautiful Topanga cottage style Guesthouse with french doors leading out to waterfall pool, Jacuzzi and rose garden. The guesthouse featuring vaulted ceilings, kitchen, cozy loft bedroom with queen bed and bath, living room with pull out queen sofa bed which is located on a serene property with mountain view decks and beautiful gardens, while just minutes from the beach. We are nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area for hiking or biking some of the most beautiful trails, or drive to the beach and enjoy the ocean experience. This rental includes use of a pool and Jacuzzi. We are 15 minutes from Mailbu town,15 minutes from Santa Monica and only 8 minutes from the beaches. if you love to experience mountains and beach in the same day, this is the place for you. We take great pride in being sure that the guesthouse is clean, that you enjoy your stay and ready for your arrival. Our pool isn’t
Heated from October 1st until June 1st but jacuzzi is year round. The property is also in a quiet neighborhood so no parties or loud get togethers.

Restful getaway

Lovely quaint cottage with pool and hot tub. Quiet and comfortable and away from hectic LA but not too long of a drive.

Cozy spot that has it all!

A short weekend getaway lead us to this beautiful little guest house with easy, private access to a hot tub! Clean, unique and close to the beach, and all the fun Topanga Canyon has to offer. Highly recommended!

Need to eliminate musty smell that hits you when you first walk in. Need better positioning of bed with low ceilings. Overall great neighborhood, beautiful scenery great location. Enjoyed are stay.

Nice quiet retreat

The guest house was clean and well maintained. One suggestion would be to add a few well placed landscaping lights to guide the way in after dark.

Sweet guest house

Photos are accurate. The pool is rimmed with rock and mimics a natural pool more than a turquoise rectangle. My son jumped in the cold water both afternoons we were there. We both enjoyed the hot tub. Screen shot directions or commit to memory. Cell service in the canyon is spotty.
