This new holiday apartment located in the northwest of the island of Usedom - on the picturesque peninsula Gnitz, 2016 was completed and is ideal for couples or single travelers suitable.
On 24 m² living space is ample space to relax. There is a large double bed in the bedroom, in the living room a couch, a small galley kitchen with stove and microwave, and a bathroom with sink and toilet. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is also available, as is the parking at the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The south-facing terrace invites you to linger, grilling is there any time.
Quiet small pets are allowed on request.

Who apart from the bustle of the resorts are looking for peace, enjoy nature on the backwaters, but also do not want to make too far from the Baltic Sea vacation that is right here. The rural, quiet location ensures a relaxing holiday without having to forego the advantages of the seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea. Zinnowitz is about 6 km away and easily reached by car. By expanding the cycle route network but one is quickly on sandy Baltic beach by bike. If that is too much, which can swim in the backwaters.

Schöne nette kleine Wohnung

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, es ist alles da was man braucht. Mit dem Fahrrad kann von hier aus alles gut erreicht werden.

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr sauberes Grundstück und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. War sehr entspannt und auch die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft haben am Zaun immer mal vorbeigeschaut.

Neuendorf/ Usedom

Sehr schöne, saubere und mit Liebe eigerichtete Ferienwohnung. Ideal mit Hund, da es eingezäunt ist. Wer die Natur liebt, ist dort genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ostseestrände sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle kleine Wohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Man hat dort alles was man benötigt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Esstisch, aber auch eine Couch ubd einen Fernseher. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört noch eine kleine Terrasse und ein Garten. Total schön dort zu sitzen. Für Hundebesitzer- es gibt schöne Möglichkeiten dort mit seinem Hund Gassirunden zu drehen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Unterkunft ist optimal für einen schönen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, so dass der Hund nicht weglaufen kann. Die Unterkunft ist frisch renoviert, hat bequeme Matratzen und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Fahrräder konnten wir auf der Terrasse lassen, so dass sie nicht nass werden.
