Villa on the beach 'HAUS NIKO' in Bunica, 4 km from Senj. Very easy booking in 5 minutes, no deposit, no credit card, 50 years of family tradition and 50 years of mutual trust. In a quiet area with beaches and small bays with crystal clear water, near the nature park, Velebit and Plitvice lake, where the sea meets the mountains.
Luxurious 3-star apartment with satellite TV and free WiFi.
2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue (gas grill) in your own garden. 20 feet seconds from the beach. Parking on your own property. Family atmosphere.
The hosts are happy to provide information about the area and help with organizing excursions.
Relaxing vacation in an idyllic bay, vacation far away from mass tourism.
The mini tent site is below the house, with 15 tent sites, our family has owned it for 50 years.

Urlaub mit der Familie

Diesmal hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, ansonsten war gut. Sehr schöneTerrase im Schatten. Nur der Backofen hat uns gefällt. Nette Vermieter.

Schöne Wohnung am Wasser

Schöne saubere Wohnung die sich auch an warmen tagen nicht aufheizt. Dich am Wasser in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Bucht. Perfekt zum baden. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Schöne Wohnung und eine wunderschöne Umgebung

Die telefonischen Absprachen mit dem Vermieter waren sehr gut. Er hat sich entsprechend Zeit genommen um uns alles zu zeige und zu erklären. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand. Wegen der Jahreszeit war es aber etwas kalt. Vlt kann man ein Kamin für Früh- und Spätnutzer hinzufügen, gibt dann auch extra Punkte mehr für Romantik :) Das Mietobjekt liegt direkt am eigenen wunderachönen Steinstrand. Wir haben den Ausblick jeden Tag genossen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreueung

Schöne Ferienwohnung und nette Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und Alan ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Ein unerwartetes Plus waren die Rolläden, da ich es Nachts gern dunkel habe. Auch die Klimaanlage war bei den Temperaturen sehr praktisch. Der sehr schöne Kiesstrand ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Das Einzige was etwas gefehlt hat, ist die Möglichkeit einfach mal spazieren zu gehen. An der Küste gibt es keinen Fußweg und auf der Rückseite ist die Küstenstraße. Alles in allem war es ein entspannter Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub

Sind sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer traumhaften Bucht. Es war nur schade dass es mit dem Angeln nicht so funktioniert hat wie geplant. Viele liebe Grüße von Martina und Walter
