Only 20 minutes from the beaches on the Costa Tropical in a quiet, pristine valley with no tourist hype. The house is tastefully decorated in vintage style, on the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed, 1 with single bed) and a en-suite living room with a large double sofa bed (1.80 x 2 m). On the ground floor is the large, fully equipped kitchen with high quality electrical appliances, with dining room and fireplace. In the new large living room there is a large dining table for 8 people, sofas and the Smart-TV with int'l. programmes and Netflix streaming. In addition to the private pool, there is a large terrace that is partially covered by a pergola and offers space to lie in the sun or sit in the lounge furniture in the shade. From here as well as from the whole property and the bedrooms there is a great view of the mountains and the river valley of the Rio de la Toba, which you can hear in the evening. The house has several entrances, the most comfortable ( is from the Plaza de la Iglesia (where you can easily park your car on the public car park) trough a small quiet square behind the church directly to the large garden gate. Throughout the house and on the property there is broadband Wi-Fi access. All rooms have air conditioning with cooling / heating function. A large barbecue and a traditional bread / pizza oven are available exclusively for our guests. A large hammock under the avocado tree invites you to relax. From the lemon tree our guests are welcome to pick fresh lemons.
