Two bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with a double and two single beds. Another bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor.

The bright living room borders on the modern and open kitchen as well as on the direct access to the enclosed garden where you can find garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. The terrace is surrounded by a meadow with surrounding plants.

Bicycles can be stored in the shed adjacent to the house.

There are plenty of shops in the surrounding shops such as Aldi, Smatch, Delhaize and many others.

Bij binnenkomst troffen wij ongedierte aan in de badkamer, we hebben de badkamer eerst zelf schoon gemaakt voordat we er gebruik van hebben genomen. De douche was of heel koud of bloed heet. Levens gevaarlijk voor als er kleine kinderen onder staan. Hierover contact gehad met de eigenaar. Bediening van de douche hing in de wc. Maar gaf geen verschil. De bedden waren verschrikkelijk, dit was een veren matras. En je lag ook letterlijk op de veren. Ook hierover contact gehad, de oplossing van de eigenaar: we mochten zelf wel even een topper kopen voor 20 euro. Dan zouden we het geld terug krijgen. Het enige wat er voor 20 euro te koop is, zijn incontinentie matjes. Voor ons was dit eenmalig..

Es war alles gut, aber die Matratzen und das ganze Bett ist unzumutbar. Die Federn in der Matratze hat man gespürt ganz schlimm, sie müssen eine neue kaufen mit Lattenrost

Sehr enttäuschend

Die Immobilie war beim eintreffen sehr dreckig und nachweislich durch Bilder nicht wirklich gereinigt. Das betrifft die gesamte Küche. Geschirr war verdreckt und schmierig. Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken so dass mann diesen eine Woche lang nicht nutzen konnte. Das Gefrierfach ist defekt, wie auch andere Teile des Kühlschranks. Er war dreckig und mit Essensresten. Ein Stuhl war defekt und nicht nutzbar. Unter der Couch liegt der Dreck und Haare von Hunden der Vormieter. Im Badezimmer waren das Waschbecken und auch die Ablage verdreckt und mit Zahnpastaresten versehen. Duschamatur sehr wackelig. WC mit Ausscheidungsresten des Vormieters. Unsere Aufgabe bestand darin zuerst geeignetes Putzmaterial zu kaufen und 4 Stunden zu putzen. Die Kommunikation mit mit dem Eigentümer ist schwierig, da er keine Einsicht zeigt. Selbst die klaren Beweisfotos zeigen keine wirkliche Lösungsorientierte Reaktion. Er schrieb zum Beispiel, die Reinigunskraft, welche die Endreinigung angeblich durchgeführt haben soll, würde sich bei uns persönlich melden und vorbeikommen. Realität, keiner war da. In den Zimmern oben war auch der Boden (alter Teppichboden) nicht gereinigt worden. Definitiv keine Empfehlung von uns! Es gibt viel freies Angebot in De Haan, was deutlich sauber und gepflegter aussieht.
