Just steps from a beautiful Long Island beach! Walk around the corner to a delicious restaurant, with local seafood and wine. Bike to nearby vineyards, more cozy restaurants, cute shops and local farm stands.

This 3 bedroom house sleeps up to 9 people, with central air conditioning, one bathroom and has an incredible outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a changing area and a view of the bay. Rent Kayaks, go snorkeling or just stretch out on a lounge chair and catch some rays.

With a DVD player, stereo system, Music Library, cable TV - taking a break from the sun and some time spent indoors will be just as fun! The house also has a washer/dryer, garage and off street parking.

The incredible breeze that comes off the bay, the great new large deck adjacent to the kitchen, and a gas BBQ makes for great al fresco dining. Stop by one of the local fish markets, swing by the farm stand to pick up the freshest of vegetables and enjoy a delightful home cooked meal! Or dine out! With Greenport just minutes east and Riverhead a few miles west, the restaurant and activity selection is wonderful.

In Greenport, walk around the historic town, ride the carousel, walk in and out of dozens of cute stores and eat/drink while listening to live music at Claudios restaurant/bar right on the water! In Riverhead, venture to the Tanger Outlet Center, go miniature golfing, visit the aquarium, spend the day at Splish Splash Water Park or eat at your familiar but favorite restaurants!

Fore! It's Golfer paradise with renowned courses like Long Island National, Island's End, Cherry Creek, and Tall Grass. Or Practice your short game at the cute Cedars Par Three, right in Cutchogue.

Fantastic location and home

This is the perfect home to enjoy beautiful New Suffolk beach! The deck is amazing for morning coffee and enjoying the boats the that go by in the evenings for a great sunset and BBQ! The beach is fantastic, especially with young children, my 8 year old swam all day long looking for shells, diving for "puffer fish" and playing on the beach with new friends she met during the day at the beach. Case's and Legends right around the corner and you are set with some dining options as well as wineries, Braun's and Love Lane all near by. The house has everything you need to make your vacation easy and memorable. Our family can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect location and beautiful home

We were fortunate to rent this lovely home and loved all that it had to offer. The home is well-appointed and had plenty of room for our family of four. The location couldn't be better for enjoying the beach, but you may never want to leave the deck, which provides a private retreat with a breathtaking view overlooking the water. The kitchen is pleasant and has everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The house was clean and the owner is attentive and available for questions. We can't wait to come back. I highly recommend this beach house!

My family loves spending time in this house. We treasure our time at the beach! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The house is one quarter mile down the beach from my family's house, I wanted to invest in the community I have loved being a part of since I was a child. We are surrounded by the kindest neighbors and my family, it is a warm, friendly area. It brings us so much joy to see our daughter playing in the yard and running on the beach! The house is perfect because you are steps away from the water, and you can see the children playing on the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our goal is to make the house nicely decorated but comfortable for guests and family. It is a special place to enjoy the beauty of the Bay and sample the wines.
