The spacious rooms are spread over 200 m² of living space on two levels. A quiet environment paired with wellness and good sea air guarantee a relaxing holiday. The in-house infrared heat sauna invites you to do more. A house to relax, as well as ideal for active holidays.
Do you want family life? No time to bake at home? The kitchen is of course also equipped for spontaneous cooking events or children's cake baking.
The upper bedroom and the bathroom on the same level with a view of the Bodden in good weather invite you to romance and relaxation.

Wochenendausflug zu Störtebeker

Unserer Aufenthalt war sehr schön nur leider viel zu kurz. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, es ist sehr ruhig und man hat sehr viel Platz. Wir waren 6 erwachsene und 1 Kind. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und jeder hatte seine Ruhe. Wir würden gerne wieder hinfahren.

Beschreibung der Annonce entspricht nicht der Realität

Es ist kein "Gemeinschaftspool" vorhanden. Er gehört NICHT zur Ausstattung, sondern zum Hotel nebenan. Natürlich gegen eine Gebühr. Die Sauna im Haus kann auch nur gegen eine Gebühr benutzt werden. Ebenso stimmt die Angabe "Blick aufs Meer" nicht!! Der Strandabschnitt gehört übrigens auch zum Hotel. Dem Schlafsofa fehlt die Matratze. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das Sofa "nicht korrekt" ausgezogen hätten, da eine Matratze integriert wäre. Bilder und Videos sowie das Personal vor Ort bezeugen das Gegenteil. Die Kollegen hatten sogar im Haus nach der Matratze gesucht, doch keine gefunden. Daraufhin wurde uns von der Gastgeberin gesagt, dass das Schlafsofa sowieso nicht zur Vermietung stand - und auch nicht in der Annonce stand. Zum Glück hatten wir vorher Screenshots von der Annonce mit den Falschaussagen gemacht. Die anschließende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war katastrophal. Es wurde unprofessionell und unempathisch reagiert. +++ Fazit +++ Das Objekt an sich war nichts Besonderes und für den Preis völlig überzogen. Es ist ein normales Haus mit den üblichen (Haushalts-)Gegenständen und Möbeln. Hätten die oben genannten Angaben im Inserat der Wahrheit entsprochen, hätten wir uns ganz klar für ein anderes Objekt entschieden.

Wunderschönes Haus

Rundum super Urlaub. Tolles Haus. Allerdings etwas abgelegen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Für Selbstversorger perfekt! Das Haus, das Grundstück sind wunderschön.

Guter Baustiel & Ausstattung / Gebrauchsgegenstände haben Potential

Positiv: Das Haus wirkt von der Machart grossartig, auch ist alles da was es braucht (gute Geräte / Induktionsherd). Es hatte für uns viel Platz. Für unsere Kinder war es super im Garten spielen zu können und Rehe, Hasen und Vögel beobachten zu können. Der Strandkorb gab einen gemüdlichen Sonnenschutz zum lesen und chillen. Negativ: Die Gebrauchsgegenstände haben Potentiale. Einige Dinge wirken schon sehr mitgenommen, nicht gut gepflegt oder gehen nicht mehr (Abdeckung des Strandkorbs, Sonnenschirm, Gardinen, Grillzange, Lichtkugeln im Garten etc.). Die Stühle am Esstisch sind unbequem und schwer. Auch ist die Sauberkeit nicht so wie wir es erwarten würden. Wir haben viel Nachgeputz in den Schränken und Räumen / Store. Die grossen Fensterflächen und Gardinen sind nicht sauber. Spinnweben und Ameisen sind im Haus zu finden. Am Abend konnten wir nicht draussen sitzen, weil die Mücken zu zahlreich sind und es keinen Schutz gibt. Mit der grossen Glasfläche heizen sich die Innenräume stark auf, dadurch gibt es keinen Wärmeschutz (nicht Unterkellert/ keine Jalousien). Die Store waren im Obergeschoss defekt, was bereits die Vormieter bemängelt haben.
