Our apartment is located next to the newly built district office in 'city center Plauen. Tram station, shops, car parks, restaurants, theater and cinema are located within 1 - 5 minutes walking. It is a bright and sunny apartment (60sqm) in. 3 OG. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with open transition into the living room, generous dining area and comfortable sofa (with sleep function for 2 people - width 1.30m). A flat screen TV is available. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has a tub and shower. It is a Non smoking apartment. Suitable for max. 4 people.

Alles Prima

Super Lage, zweimal umfallen und man ist in der Einkaufsstraße. Parkplätze sind in ca. 300-600 m auch kostenfrei zu bekommen. Wohnung sehr gepflegt, alles vorhanden was man so brauchen könnte. Nur bei Hitze ist es sehr heiß, ist halt eine Dachwohnung. Sehr nette Nachbarin die sich um die Wohnung kümmert.

Schöne FW

Sehr schöne FW im Zentrum von Plauen. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sportlicher Aufstieg, da im dritten Stock eines historischen Wohnhauses mit hohen Stufen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur ein Toaster hat noch gefehlt. Die Wohnungsverwaltung hat eine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin im Haus inne. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.
