Just 300 meters from the "small Sülteberg" is our holiday home "Casa Carlotta" for up to 4 people. The approximately 90 m² and tastefully furnished holiday home with large garden and direct access to the forest is located on a 1000 m² plot with a beautifully landscaped and fenced garden.
Heart of the house is a 30 m² large living / dining room.
The house is decorated with white and natural wood furniture bright and airy in vintage style. The new kitchen is fully equipped with high quality equipment.

In the living / dining area you will find a cozy sofa corner with a large flat screen TV.
2 beautiful large bedrooms are located in the 1. Floor each equipped with great attention to detail. Again, there is a large flat screen TV. Bathroom / toilet also on the 1st floor

The generous space and the high quality equipment of this house allow a relaxing holiday in all seasons. For the necessary communication and entertainment, the free Wi-Fi makes.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Haus und sehr gepflegt

Wir, eine Familie mit unserem 3,5 Jährigem Sohn und Oma haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter und perfekte Lage um abzuschalten sowie den Harz und Umgebung zu erkunden. In ca. 30 Minuten waren fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch der direkte Anschluss an einem Wanderweg/ Fahrradweg ist gegeben. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr modern, aber dennoch sehr romantisch und gemütlich. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Im Ort selber und auch nur zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar war der Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Apotheke. Auch nicht weit vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz.
