About this property

1233 Greenslake Cottage was completely renovated and is beautiful inside. The kitchen has bar stools so it is comfortable to gather around the kitchen. New cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops makes this kitchen a joy to cook in. The master bedroom has a king bed and a view of the lagoon. Renovated bathrooms include a walk in shower for the master.

Enjoy a beverage or two on the screen porch and deck overlooking the lagoon. Conveniently located in West Beach Village, it is close to the beach, community pool (seasonal) and just a short bike ride to Freshfields Village. Fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, and free wifi. Perfect size for a family vacation.

Greenslake Cottages are situated in a quiet, tucked away location in the West Beach Village, and in close proximity to many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities. They provide a larger floor plan than other 2 bedroom villas on the island, and are single story, so there are no units above or below them.

good location to the pool and beach

The property is clean and nicely decorated. However, the location is noisy with the town recycling center (across the lagoon) open to town employees and residents 24/7.

Great location

We had a great stay and when we found the property not well cleaned, the property manager rectified the situation immediately, Susie was wonderful. Great location to beach, fun to watch the animal activity outside the windows over the lagoon!

Our favorite vacation spot

We had a lovely week at this very comfortable, well appointed cottage. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Quiet neighborhood, lots of wildlife viewing on the lagoon. Susie is an excellent property manager - I'd stay at any property she manages.

Great Cottage!

We had a great week--the beach on Kiawah is spectacular and seeing the dolphins at low tide was wonderful. We're not golfers, so we spent most of our days in Charleston--it was an easy drive.

Wonderful Cottage

The cottage was very spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the porch and watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon. A very quiet and peaceful location. Susie was excellent with communication and helpful in making the vacation perfect.

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also. Since I loved helping people plan their vacations in the area, I obtained my South Carolina Property Manager's License and began a business - Kiawah By Owner.
