The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them upstairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The bedrooms are equipped with 2.20 meters long box-spring beds (incl. Long duvets), which can be provided as single beds, depending on booking. Furthermore, the bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a desk. The living area is equipped with a spacious corner sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, a large flat-screen TV and a stereo system.

In the dining area there is a large solid wood table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen equipment: electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and Senseo coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster and abundant dishes and cutlery facilities, including children. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and WiFi.
The house is allergy friendly, has wipeable flooring, a nickel-free kettle and a vacuum cleaner with HEPA 13 filter.

Other equipment: washing machine, dryer, drying rack. Rich utensils for children round off the features. Available are a children's travel cot with mattress and duvet, high chair, toilet seat, children-Step Stool for basin's etc.

Sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, super geeignet für eine Gruppe oder große Familie. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungen (Einkaufen, Restaurants etc.) in der Nähe. Empfehlenswert.

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist toll ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig im Wendehammer am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt genügend Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern. Auch draußen kann man wunderbar sitzen, lediglich die Mosquitos sind etwas störend. Drinnen gibt es im Bad, Kleiderschrank und Küche Mosquitogitter, so dass man abends wunderbar die Fenster auflassen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht auch für Leute wie uns, die sehr gerne selbst kochen. Darüberhinaus gibt es eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Schuppen um die Fahrräder unterzustellen. Der einzig negative Punkt ist die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft gewesen. Es war sehr staubig überall, bis hin zu dicken Staubflusen unter dem Bett, was insbesondere für Stauballergiker eine Katastrophe ist und zudem im krassen Gegensatz zur Beschreibung des Hauses als allergikerfreundlich steht. Dagegen war der Gärtner sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, hat sogar gefragt, ob er uns mit irgendetwas behilflich sein kann. Alles in allem war es eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder und können auch Papenburg und Umgebung für Ausflüge und Radtouren sehr empfehlen.
