Large outdoor decks on all 3 levels. 2 car garage with driveway parking for 3 additional cars. Street parking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy at all times is 9. We can not host loud groups and do not allow events/ gatherings. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. All guests musts be inside after 9pm.
Our home has the great room, one bedroom and full bath and oversized shower on entry level. Good for a couple who can't handle stairs. Exterior security cameras in front and back.
The GREAT ROOM features hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling, and a 25 foot wall of windows with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. The KITCHEN features custom alder cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and double ovens. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining items. Granite bar with 3 bar stools. Large dining table and separate kitchen table.
The LIVING ROOM has leather furnishings, a wood burning Extraordinaire fireplace, and a 52 inch high definition television with cable service. The living room opens to a large deck with a gas bbq and patio furniture (dining and lounging). POOL TABLE room with wet bar on lower level.
WE SUPPLY linens and all bedding, bath towels, and household items (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, etc). The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dining items. In the summer we provide beach chairs.
LOCATION: Centrally located. 5 to 15 minute drive to beaches, casinos, and skiing
PROPERTY Rules:
1. Primary guest must be 30+.
2. Maximum occupancy is 9 at all times; any gathering/even that exceeds 9 are prohibited.
3. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am and are strictly enforced. No exterior noise after 9pm and guests must be inside past 9pm. We can only rent to older, responsible groups. We want guests to enjoy our home but can not host loud/partying groups.
4. We offer 4 parking spots. No street parking is allowed at any time. Guests will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles. Renters and their guests are required to park only in garage and driveway. Failure to park in designated area and/or failure to display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

6. Bookings are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance. Guest to provide copy of driver's license, and guest list (name/age) after booking
