About this property

The house is located on the river "Jolan". On the property with the cute outbuildings you can regularly see roe deer.
The large meadows are full of butterflies in summer. In the river you can see beaver, red-throated diver and sometimes even a moose. The house consists of two parts. The actual house is two-storey and contains the large kitchen and three bedrooms. In the new part is the spacious living room with the bathroom and sauna area and the fourth bedroom. The whole house can be heated electrically. However, there are three wood stoves on the ground floor with which one gets just on days without sun :) everything chubby warm. Only 200 meters away are our canoes with which you can drive on the lake "Badasjön".
The lake offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You can paddle directly to the beach or just relax and enjoy nature. The river is just 30 meters from the house. There are pikes, perch, roach, crayfish and red feathers. If you want to catch larger fish or salmon and trout you can always find a challenging fishing spot around Torsby. But beware, most lakes require a fishing license.
If you are overwhelmed by the silence, you can drive to the city of Torsby. It is about 15km away. There is everything you need in it. From the supermarket to the indoor pool to a large modern hospital everything is available

Erholung pur

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit im Haus der Fam. Hogrefe. Es passte einfach alles und ich glaube nach über 20 Jahren Urlaub in Schweden kann ich das ganz gut beurteilen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und mehr als komplett ausgestattet. Besonders der tadellos funktionierende Kamin war ein Traum und auch bereits gehacktes Holz war ausreichend vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos und auf Fragen hatte ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Von den wenigen Nachbarn bekommt man so gut wie gar nichts mit. Wer hier nicht zur Ruhe kommt und abschalten kann der macht irgendetwas falsch. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Erholsamer Urlaub mitten in der Natur

Unsere 3 Wochen in Dirks Haus waren wunderschön. Ruhe pur! Durch die Nähe zum Fluss haben wir mehrfach die Kanus genutzt, wir haben tolle Touren durch unbeschreiblich schöne Landschaft mit dem Motorrad und unseren Fahrrädern gemacht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab natürlich sehr viele Mücken dort, aber das kennt man ja von Schweden. Der Kontakt mit Dirk bei Problemen war zügig und unproblematisch. Auf jeden Fall würden wir dieses Haus noch einmal buchen.

Wunderschön

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in dem Haus der Fam. Hogrefe verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür ☺️! An der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Alles konnte direkt mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Kommunikation war problemlos. Auch viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge haben wir von Herr Hogrefe bekommen. Das Haus hat wunderschöne Lage, so das man auch direkt aus der Tür starten kann.
