You live in a cozy, approximately 28 m² ground floor apartment in modern facilities in the annex. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. Moreover, there is also the possibility for a double bed on the sofa bed. Self-catering facilities include a kitchenette with cooking facilities, microwave, refrigerator, sink and the most common household appliances. A bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and toilet. The directly adjacent terrace area is ideal for breakfast or sunbathing. Bed linen is included. Towels can be booked for a fee of 10 € per person.

The house is idyllically situated on a forest in Ückeritz. The way there is a fortified forest path. They live in close proximity to the Baltic Sea (about 900 m) and to the aft water (approx 300 m).  Take advantage of the unique bioclimatic conditions of the spa Ückeritz to extensively escape from daily business. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
