The former fishing village Zempin is approximately 1 000 inhabitants the smallest seaside resort of Usedom. The location at the narrowest point of the island make the special appeal of the small town - tightly surrounded by both the Baltic Sea and the backwaters. The comfortably furnished villa pebbles with 4 bedrooms and a plot of about 450 m² was built 2016th It is located in a quiet side street and shops, railway station and restaurants are within walking nearby. The beach is easily reached in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, a security deposit of € 250.00 will be charged.

Villa Kiesel:
The house with about 128 m² living space in mediterranean style has a large living room with just under 25 m² with fireplace (firewood not included), a spacious kitchen-dining area with 20 m², 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms ( one with sauna). The living and kitchen area is flooded with light through large floor to ceiling windows with access to the terrace.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Das Haus war super gepflegt und schön. Wie hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und umfangreich. Auch für Kinder und Kleinkinder war es super geeignet. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Optimale Unterkunft für 6-8 Personen. Das Highlight ist die kleine Sauna gewesen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 10 Gehminuten!
