In the surroundings of the apartment there are numerous ways to spend your holidays: Rides with the wooden replica Roman wine ship (Stella Noviomagi) are highly recommended, excursions by boat, bus, car in the historic Bernkastel, the Roman city of Trier and the gem city Idar-Oberstein. The winter sports area Erbeskopf, the volcanic Eifel and a riding stable are nearby. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails can be reached comfortably and within shortest time.
