This condo is a prime location and the views are absolutely breathtaking! If you love people-watching, this is the perfect location for you. You can look up and down Dickson Street and see people sitting on patios, taking walks or bike rides, and hurrying up the steps to the latest WAC production.

This 5-star corner unit features immediate access to numerous exceptional restaurants including Doe's, Theo's, Hog Hous, Grubs, Bordinos, and many others! You can walk to many bars including George's Majestic Lounge, The Wine Cellar, Shotz, Brewski's, and other local favorites.

There is a beautiful view of Old Main from the master bedroom as well as the balcony. There are numerous eclectic, small shops on Dickson for your shopping pleasure as well as a grocery store (Blackboard Grocery and Eatery) right across the street. The Northwest Arkansas Mall is a few miles north and many movie theaters are nearby.

This is a perfect spot to enjoy the regional area as well. Incredible Crystal Bridges Museum (a must see), Eureka Springs, Devil's Den Park, Blanchard's Springs Caverns, Branson and many area lakes are a short drive away.

'The Dickson' condo is a corner North Unit on the 5th floor. The condo has ten-foot ceilings and large windows in the living room and bedrooms that provide excellent views of Dickson Street, Old Main, and the Boston Mountains.

This condo is the perfect location for its convenience and view of downtown and the stunning Boston Mountains. The Dickson Street area is full of fun and entertainment! It is also one block to the University of Arkansas campus, the Walton Arts Center, as well as a fabulous bike trail that can take you all the way to Bentonville. Regional areas to travel are unlimited including Eureka Springs, the Ozarks, Branson, Blanchard Springs, and many lakes and rivers. It is simply a fabulous area for a vacation or just enjoying life.

What makes this condo unique

The biggest benefit is there is so much within walking distance! The Arkansas Campus and the Walton Arts Center are only a block away. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops that are in the area as well as a Farmer's Market to explore on Saturdays. If you're looking to exercise, there is a bike trail half a block away. Perfect location and beautiful condo with amazing views and attentive owner!

Visited University of Arkansas with son and family - my wife and 3 sons. The location is perfect - between U of A and all of the restaurants on Dickson. The owner John was very attentive. The instructions he provided were spot on. Everything we needed and expected was in the condo as well as extras not usually provided like laundry detergent. We loved Fayetteville and our time on Dickson Street.

Best location!

Great condo in the heart of Fayetteville. We stayed here for graduation weekend and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. Loved having two parking spots as well. Condo very nice and clean. Even though right on Dickson, condo was very sound proof. And sitting on the deck overlooking Dickson was fun!
