On the large balcony - facing south - you can enjoy the midday sun, the evening sun and the "sea air" of the graduation towers gently blowing in from a few meters away. Your gaze falls from the second floor to the beautiful, idyllic garden of Parkvilla Steins.

You can reach the second balcony directly via the modern country-style kitchen, which also has a small dining area. With a coffee machine, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and even Nespresso coffee machine, this kitchen is equipped to the smallest detail.
