About this property

The housing estate is located in a quiet outskirts with a view of the fields. A large well-kept garden with a large covered terrace and a gazebo invite you to relax outdoors. Nearby there are beautiful forest areas where you can go for a walk. The house has 3 full bedrooms plus 1 children's room, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen, living and Dining room with a fireplace.
There are a total of 9 beds plus 1x Bayby bed.

In 2017 everything was completely renovated and modernized from the inside!

The interior is partly nostalgic and cozy.

You can go cycling, hiking or taking a walk. E.g. The forest (Langenberger Forst) is approx. 1.5 km away.

The outdoor pool is about 700m away.

The golf course about 2km

Rustikales Haus auf dem Land

Ein schönes Haus für 2 Familien am Dorfrand von Stadum. Rustikale Einrichtung mit einer Mischung aus Alt und Neu. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen netten Familienurlaub so benötigt. Den Kindern hat besonders der kleine Anbau mit der Dartscheibe und dem Kicker gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich super für einen Besuch in einer Ruhigen Gegend! Man hat alles was man braucht, von Dart über Billard und Tischtennis. Ein großes Lob an den Hausmeister! Er ist wirklich super Nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Er versucht auch alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Es liegt ziemlich zentral zwischen Nord- und Ostsee . Alles in allem wirklich super!

Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz innen wie außen und viele Freizeit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhige Gegend, ideal zum erholen. Alles was man zum Urlaub machen benötigt ist in relativ kurzer Entfernung und in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie....

.... wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern und unseren Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wohnen direkt nebenan. Das Haus und der Garten bieten viel Platz, für tolle Urlaubstage!
