About this property

Villa VAL Starigrad is an old traditional, newly renovated Dalmatian house. The house is right on the beach. It has a Mediterranean garden and a large terrace from which you have a wonderful sea view.
A garage / storage room is right next to the house.

The house is suitable for four to six people.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one with a king-size double bed and pull-out sofa and the second room with two single beds), a bathroom and a terrace.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a second bathroom and a large terrace with an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen / grill.

The house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi access and cable TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine.

The large garden with pine trees and lots of shade is ideal for relaxation.
The use of two parking spaces and the garage (only for one car) is free.

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the house.

Parfait pour les vacances

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Goran: la maison est bien équipée, décorée avec goût et surtout très propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Goran, avec notamment un frigo contenant le nécessaire pour notre premier dîner (et quelques suivants), ce qui a été très apprécié par toute la famille. La vue est magnifique et j’aurais pu passer mon séjour sur la terrasse! L’accès direct à la mer est très appréciable également. En résumé, un lien parfait pour nos vacances ! Merci Goran.

Rezession Villa Val / Starigrad Paklenica

Wer gerne unabhängig Urlaub macht und trotzdem Wert auf ein bisschen Luxus und Comfort legt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein sehr zuvorkommender netter Gastgeber, mit einem perfekten Händchen für ein „Starterpaket“ an Vorräten. . Auch unserem Hund hat es sehr genossen. Danke Goran für das tolle Erlebnis. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist direkt am Meer gelegen und hat eine traumhafte Sonnenterrasse mit anschließendem privatem großem Garten, in dem Schildkröten und Eidechsen zu Hause sind. Im Hinterland lockt der Nationalpark zum Klettern und Wandern. Die Restaurants und auch die gut sortierten Supermärkte bieten alles, was man braucht im Umkreis von 10 Minuten. In 3 Minuten ist man im Wasser zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Auch ist hier ein super Spot zum Stand-up padeln. Gerne bis zum nächsten Mal!

Einfach wunderschön

Hello, wir haben ca. 11 Tage den lieben Goran und das tolle Haus im August genießen dürfen. Das Haus ist einfach herrlich gelegen, 10 Sekunden bis zum Strand / Meer, aber dennoch hat man auf der wunderschönen und höher gelegenen Terrasse durch den dazwischen liegenden Garten seine gefühlte Privatsphäre. Der Garten hat übrigens Mitbewohner in Form von Schildkröten mit großem Alleinunterhalterpotential. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse oder dem Balkon auf die Bucht ist dabei grandios. Es gibt 2 Bäder im Haus, 1 Außendusche, mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Klimaanlage, komplett ausgestattet Küche usw. – kurz um Alles da, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen Weg (Uferpromenade), der in ca. 6 Minuten fußläufig entlang sehr schöner kleinen Strand- / Buchtplätze ins „Städtchen“ führt. Am Strand selbst sind sehr viele lauschige Plätzchen sowohl für Paare, als auch für Familien zu finden - keine Überfüllung und ganz klares Wasser. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Liebe zum Detail des Gastgebers Goran. Ob Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank, neue WC-Bürsten, viele Lämpchen und Tischchen im Außenbereich uvm. Goran ist ein sehr sympathischer, offener und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber – denken noch gerne an unsere gemeinsame Bootsfahrt zurück 😊 und kommen sicher wieder! Tolles Strandhaus

Tolle Lage am Strand. Sehr sauberes Haus mit tollem Garten in Richtung Meer. Vermieter äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus ist mit Schlafmöglichkeiten auf 2 Etagen sehr gut für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Man ist gleich im Zentrum von Starigrad-Paklenica, direkt am Nationalpark Paklenica mit super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, nicht weit von Zadar und nahe an Drehorten der Winnetou-Filme im Velebit-Gebirge. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer, moderne Unterkunft im perfekten Zustand

Da wir kurzentschlossen auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft am Meer waren, mussten wir uns auf die Bewertungen unserer VormieterInnen verlassen. Und wir können bestätigen: Es die perfekte Unterkunft in der perfekten Lage! Das Ferienhaus entspricht in Sauberkeit und Einrichtung mühelos einem 5-Sterne Hotel-Standard und versprüht zudem den Charme eines modern restaurieren authentischen Gebäudes. Im großen Schlafzimmer und auf der Terassse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und ist am Mittelmeer, sobald man durch den Garten gegangen ist. Absolutes Highlight hier: kleine frei lebende Schildkröten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet für Ausflüge zu den bekannten Nationalparks (einer liegt direkt dahinter), zu größeren Städten und auch Wanderfans und Naturliebhaber kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Wir geraten gerade ins Schwärmen, aber alles andere würde auch nicht den Tatsachen entsprechen. Der Gastgeber Goran ist zudem charmant, immer hilfsbereit und stets auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht -- und auch wir durften uns über einen gefüllten Kühlschrank freuen. Gesamtfazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!
