The farm Melona by Lake Bolsena is a wonderful front-lake estate with a private beach!
Relaxation is guaranteed for you and your family! Mom and dad can relax on the terrace while children are playing on the huge garden or on the beach, which is only 60 meters away.

It is a big farm with 5 apartments and a small suite. So whether you are coming for a vacation with your own family, with granny and grammie, or a group of families, for a romantic weekend, or a getaway among friends, this is your destination.

The apartments were carefully restored in 2015, they are all furnished with great care and attention to details. Thanks to purification system „BIO³Gen“ (natural purification and disinfestation with ozone) every apartment is also suitable for people with specific allergies.

The apartment Thesan is situated on the first floor of the main house, just few meters from the beach, and it has a big balcony with breathtaking view overlooking Lake Bolsena.

Lago di Bolsena

Unser Aufenthalt war erholsam und das Wetter war schön der Strand war sauber und grosszügig. Der Sonnenschirm hat gefehlt (Online zu sehen) Die tolle Terrasse kann man erst nach Sonnenuntergang nutzen da es viel zu heiss ist. Die Waschmaschine steht nicht in der Wohnung sondern im Garten in einem Häuschen und steht allen Wohnungen zur Verfügung (nicht schlimm aber steht nicht in den Unterlagen. Es fehlen Container zur Entsorgung vom getrennten Abfall, das heisst der Mieter muss sich um die Entsorgung und Suche nach den jeweiligen Abfallhäusern machen.

Schönes Anwesen direkt am See

Toller Aufenthalt, super schöne Sicht auf den See. Lediglich der Tisch und die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind ungemütlich und in die Jahre gekommen!

Thesan appartement

The view and service. Big balcony. Very near the lake. Good value for money. 2 chairs in the kitchen were already broken and need to be fixed. Waterpressure was a bit low, but that didn't bother me. Maybe a watercooker? Overall a fantastic appartment with a big balcony and a great view!
