About this property

Granite stone house by the sea, sea view, footpath to the sea, free 4G WLAN

In a gentle and harsh landscape, in the south of the Pays Bigouden, a rural area with miles of fine sandy beaches, lies the fishing village of Le Guilvinec, about 30 km southwest of Quimper (historic old town!). Well-known seaside resorts of the coveted Breton south coast such as Bénodet, Loctudy or Beg Meil can be reached in a few minutes by car. Worth seeing is the highest lighthouse in France, Phare d'Eckmühl in the neighboring Penmarch (6 km), as well as the famous surfing beach "Plage de la Torche".

Kersidal is a hamlet consisting of 6 properties, on the western edge of the town of Le Guilvinec / Penmarch border, with direct views and access to the famous sandy beach "Plage du Ster".

The house was rebuilt in 2005 in the Breton style and aligned so that from all rooms an unobstructed view of the Plage du Ster is guaranteed. It is the last in a dead end, which becomes the bike path, which leads through a nature reserve to the beach, so a very quiet residential area, with no through traffic. The 3500 m² garden plot is open to the south, on the other sides with high hedges and pines view, it offers 3 PkW pitches, some flowerbeds, a large lawn in the south and a large, natural meadow with fruit trees in the west and north. The building itself fulfills all the characteristics of a typical Breton stone house. It was built from 50 - 60 cm thick granite stones, which are inside, as visible from outside, an impressive walls with style elements of the 19th century. Jhdt., Country-typical slate roofing and dormer windows. Solid wood flooring, open gable with visible roof beams and a custom-made spiral staircase made of a nearly floating steel / wooden construction show a little bit what we value. The furnishings and furnishings complement and emphasize the effect of the architecture, it consists of antique wooden furniture, designer leather sofas and Scandinavian frills of the present time. A clear, strong, homely inviting Gesamtes in a beautiful, natural location. All shopping possibilities in 1.5 - 2 km distance - Mediathek, restaurants 2 km, horseback riding 4 km - sea, sandy beach, surfing and sailing school 1 km, Baie d'Audierne with other sandy beaches 4 km, new water park Aquasud 10 km.

On recommende!

Aktivferien in der Südwestbretagne
Sehr ruhige Lage. Haus voll ausgestattet. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Guivinec
