The bear cabin
We have stayed at this property several times. Every time has exceeded our expectations.
Weekend get away
This was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery and the beautiful sun rises and sets. The dogs had a blast in our morning walks down the wooded drive as well💕Thank you for the cozy, well stocked, clean and comfy get away! The Hill’s from Louisiana
Loved this place
We had a wonderful couple days. The views are beautiful, the location was quiet and secluded, the cabin was cozy.
Seclusion and quiet
I really enjoyed my stay here. It was just what I needed, getting out of the city and relaxing in the peace and quiet of this cozy cabin. It has all you need for preparing food, and very private. I would recommend getting groceries and libations, if needed, prior to your arrival. It is a dry county, but a liquor store is at the corner of highway 7 and 206. No internet or phone signal at or around cabin. Holly was great, and offered the use of the property for hiking around. The night sky was beautiful, however the flood light just outside the entrance did diminish the night sky, and took away from the ambiance. But on the bright side (pun intended), I did get to see some bats flying around while I was out at night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for a quiet and secluded stay. Thank you for sharing this space!
Great Getaway Cabin
Really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and beautiful. Cabin is clean and well supplied.
Absolutely beautiful cabin
We had a wonderful three days at this beautiful cabin. No need to worry about anyone coming as it’s located about 1.5 miles on a well-maintained gravel road.
Just go to WM and buy your food as everything you’ll need to cook is available for your use.
The only let down I had was in the pictures, a propane bbq grill was shown but not on the property when we arrived.
I'm so glad you had a great time at the cabin. Very sorry about the grill. I had updated the grill type in cabin description but had not updated pictures. The bears destroyed many grills since the smell attracts them so we finally just went with a heavy duty charcoal one that did not have parts that could be broken. I will make sure to update the picture.
