Gemütliches Wohnen in traditionellem Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Schwalbenherd sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für Reisende mit Kindern ist das Spielzimmer mit Lego, Puzzle, Büchern und Spielen eine willkommene Ausstattung. Nur die Sonderzahlung an den Concierge-Servie hätte in der Anzeige besser kommuniziert werden müssen.

Oberharzer Concierge Service

Unsere teils schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich auf den "Oberharzer Concierge Service": unfreundlich und arrogant. Die Infos zu dem Gästebeitrag kamen erst 2 Tage vor der Anreise. Da befanden wir uns bereits im Urlaub und konnten weder ein Excel-Sheet ausfüllen (aufgrund fehlender PC- und Druckerausstattung) noch den Betrag ohne Aufwand überweisen. Dieses hätte man uns bei Buchung mitteilen sollen.

Wunderschönes Haus im rustikalen Ambiente, dabei jedoch ansprechend ausgestattet mit modernen Elementen. Insbesondere der tolle Gas-Kamin ist hierbei zu nennen. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft für die Unternehmungen im Harz...
