INFRASTRUCTURE

The city center of Vienna with its numerous sights (opera, St. Stephen's Cathedral, town hall square, parliament, museums, etc.) as well as the shopping streets Kärntner Straße, Graben and Kohlmarkt are cozy by public transport (bus, tram, underground Reumannplatz) in just 15 minutes reachable. The famous shopping center SCS (Shopping City Süd) can also be reached by car in just a few minutes. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Reumannplatz with numerous bus and tram connections as well as the underground line U1 is about 10 minutes away on foot or can be reached quickly by bus.

The excellent infrastructure leaves almost nothing to be desired. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shops for everyday needs, restaurants with Viennese and international cuisine, cafes and numerous sports facilities. There is a very good connection to public transport, the airport and the motorways (South, East and West Autobahn and S1) as well as the connection to the excellent Vienna cycle path network.
