The spacious 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern 1-storey holiday home on the grounds of the well-kept resort and has a bright living-dining area and a spacious terrace. With a floor space of 63m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipment: • hall with cloakroom • In the living area there is a couch with sleep function for a 3rd or 4th. Person • Of course there is a flat screen TV and a radio-CD player • A dining area with 4 chairs and a separate desk are also available • The integrated kitchen in the living area has a complete equipment incl. Dishwasher and microwave. • There is a double bedroom with double bed, a bedside table with reading lamp, wardrobe and a second desk • It has an adjoining, separate toilet and another shower / WC • The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs Request we provide a cot and a highchair available. You are welcome to book a linen package for 12 € per person. This includes bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel and a bath mat. Car parking space is also included in the travel price. Park your car on the numbered parking area in front of the house. Special features: ⁃ Dogs are welcome in this apartment. Your dog will pay a fee of 5 € per day.⁃ Non smoking apartment⁃ For your brought bikes there is a bike rack on the house holiday in this apartment is a real, relaxing reprimand holiday: ideal for families with children, spa lovers and Holiday with dog.
