Our cozy holiday home is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet location with a pleasant view. Each room has a TV and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the room price.
On request, we are also happy to serve with a baby bed or high chair.
You have a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
with dining area available. The large garden with terrace is ideal for children.
Whether as a family vacation or for your company trip - we are there for you.

Perfect in every way.

From the time we decided on Johanna's property as our base in Munich, our expectations were exceeded in every way. Every interaction we had with Johanna was delightful and immediate, the area of Hohenbrunn was lovely and perfectly located just a short train ride from the centre of Munich, and the property itself was charming and homely, exactly what we were after. We rented the entire house as we had a party of nine and had plenty of room. The village Christmas markets on our last day were a bonus, where the locals made us all feel more than welcome. Highly recommended!

Hohenbrunn - a gem!

We stayed here while visiting Munich. The experience of the town was wonderful, the beer garden can't be missed. The train is around the corner and takes you to anywhere you might want to go. I would highly recommend this rental!

Excellent location!

Our host was very responsive! She made us a cheesecake for a birthday in our group!! The guesthouse was perfect for our group of 10! The location to the s-baun was a short walk and only 25 mins into Munich!
