The Dunes is located in exclusive Naples, Florida. Our luxurious condo is located on the protected turtle preserve of Wiggins Pass State Park, which is rated as one of the top five beaches in the whole United States. The location just can't be beat. Whether you want to stay on property and enjoy all The Dunes has to offer, or venture out, everything you need and want is within a short walk or drive. Our unit is located in the closest building to the beach walk. Just walk through the gate at the bottom of the building and you're on your way to the beach and whatever beauty if offers on that particular day.

The Dunes recently completed a $15 million amazing renovation and is truly stunning! New club house, restaurant, tiki bar, state of the art workout facility, game room, expanded pool deck, tennis and pickleball courts. You will have an amazing time.

Our particular condo is located on the 9th floor with the preferred 04 floor plan unit. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from north to south from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom as well as the large, fully private lanai with brand new, comfortable outdoor living room furniture and counter height dining table. Sunsets are amazing from this unit. Brand new 70" flat screen TV in the living room.

The decor is not your typical southwest Florida decor. This professionally decorated floor plan has sleek lines with custom built entertainment and master bedroom cabinetry. Happy Times

My husband and I have spent very many happy hours at The Dunes 904 Antigua sometimes with family and friends joining us over the years. I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the owners for looking after us so very well and for being so wonderfully kind and thoughtful. Their condominium offers complete luxury accommodation and is always maintained in a superb condition - with touches of warmth and kindness and stocked to perfection. The large terrace with an outstanding captivating view usable all day until late into the evenings is our favorite spot. We highly recommend this comfortable condominium in a complex full of amenities, total privacy and great security. At the first opportunity we plan to return. Toronto snow birds.

a beautiful exquisitely furnished condo in the luxurious Dunes, with everything on the doorstep!

We've just returned from two fabulous weeks at The Dunes - and this condo is just amazing - best we've stayed in yet!. Designer decorated throughout - a really spacious, cool, light and airy condo - with amazing views over to the ocean from the balcony. Being on 9th floor gives a birds eye view. The condo is beautifully equipped - its hard to think of any way to improve it! Everything really of the highest quality. The condo is located within the very grand and luxurious Dunes estate - the building has its own pool, and there is a fantastic much larger pool area with bar just a few steps away. Vanderbilt beach itself is only a 5 minute walk. All the usual restaurants and fab shops very close too and historic down town Naples just a few mins drive. Randy and Shannon Bates who own the condo have been incredibly easy and helpful to deal with - everything went very smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. We are a family of 4 with two teenagers - and they absolutely loved it. We would love to return! Highly highly recommend staying here.

My husband is a Vice President of Marketing for the largest franchisee group in the world. I am a registered nurse, specializing in neonatal intensive care as well as a published children's book author. We're both former college athletes so we love the tennis, pickleball and gym facilities. We've been looking for properties for over 5 years in the Colorado ski resort towns until a visit to a friends wedding here in 2008. At that point, we fell in love with Naples and the beautiful, calm blue waters and the white sandy beaches. Did I mention the Dolphins? We then geared our search towards Naples and settled definitively on The Dunes. We love the property and it's amenities. We chose the closest building to the beach which also happens to be a quick walk across the small parking lot to the resort pool, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurant and our favorite, the poolside tiki bar! Everything is so convenient from the Dunes. Our view is spectacular and we can't seem to stop taking pictures every day! Definitely a change from the Overland Park KS home we reside in full time .

Why they chose this property

We bought in Naples because of it's close proximity to the airport- 20 minutes-and of course the beauty of the area. We love the calm, blue waters and the white sand beaches. We love our home because of the full gulf views that stretch from south to north and are visible from our large living room wall of windows and the extra large window in the master bedroom. Cooking in the kitchen is not so bad with a view like ours! PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE SWEEPING GULF VIEW!

Things we love about the Dunes: The short walk to the beach-we sometimes walk down several times in one day. The private building pool with showers and bathrooms-very private. The resort style pool with waterfalls and mini grottos with benches to sit behind the waterfall and enjoy our cool drink from the tiki bar. The gym's top notch equipment. The tennis facility is amazing with pro shop and instructors.
