A TRUE CARIBBEAN PARADISE! Location! Location! Location! The Conch Retreat Condo is located in the prestigious Truman Annex.
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, queen and 2 twins (or we can convert the twins to a king bed upon request). Both have built in closets with shelves for your convenience also TV's with cable.
Free parking spot comes with condo, however you don't need a car.
There are 2 bicycles for your use with helmets.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances glass top stove, ice-maker and coffee maker, pots & pans, everything you need for your stay.
Secure High Speed Internet.
This upper floor condo has hurricane doors that open up to back deck where you can relax around the tropical Palm trees. Bathroom with walk in shower, medicine cabinet and storage cabinet. Vanity and shelves for storage.
Washer & dryer with iron & ironing board.
Living/Dining area has table with seating for four, sofa, accent chair, TV with cable and 2 side tables and coffee table.
Back balcony opens up from living room where you can enjoy the tropical foliage, great for your morning coffee.
Front balcony opens up from kitchen with settee seating.

You are in a gated community off of street in a quiet community.
Explore the Waterfront/water park for kids behind the complex. Amphitheater, splash park, playground. Stroll to the Waterfront Pier and enjoy the sunsets and sailboats. Mallory Square is famous for local vendors and amazing sunset celebrations.
Road to Fort Zachary Beach is directly behind complex. You have opportunities for swimming, picnic, grilling, snorkeling, and fishing. Visitors can also enjoy a short nature trail and bicycling within the park. The beachfront Cayo Hueso Café offers snacks, cold beverages, beach sundries, and souvenirs. Two blocks to Duval where you will find shopping, restaurants, night clubs and museums. Visit the Historic Seaport District where you will find dining, entertainment or catch a sunset cruise. There is so much to see and do. My husband and I take pride in our vacation homes. They are our home away from home and want our guests to be comfortable and enjoy what Key West has to offer. We are licensed & inspected yearly with the state of Florida and City of Key West for vacation rentals.

Key West Holiday

The Ship Yard condominiums are the best place to stay..location, location… you can walk every where and a vehicle is not necessary. The condominium is very nicely appointed, we found the available light weight, folding beach chairs great to take to Fort Zack beach. Very comfortable stay and enjoyable places to dine. We are repeat travelers to Key West and will be planning again for next year.

Very clean. Bikes were a plus

We loved staying here. It was as described and one of the cleanest places I’ve rented. Great location. We cooked less than expected but had everything we needed. Biked every day. The way to get around. Check the prices of rental bikes and you’ll see what a great bonus it is to have them provided.

We fell in love with Key West when visiting with friends. It's history, traditions, warm waters, great weather, free spirited life-style. It is a dream come true to own this condo and to share it with others so they can also fall in love with this caribbean paradise. Key West has been our second home for 20 years and visit often.

Why they chose this property

Truman Annex is a beautiful gated community. It's location says it all as you're close to everything. The landscaping is tropical and nice quiet community. You can walk or rides bikes everywhere. You can truly relax and slow down. When you are ready for action you don't need to go far. Duval street, Green Parrot, shopping, dining are all close.

What makes this property unique

The 2 Bicycles are a unique benefit. I can also recommend places to rent additional bikes if need. The Truman Annex is in Old Town centrally located so you can walk or ride bikes. EVERYTHING IS CLOSE! It's a quiet community and beautiful foliage. Really feel like you are in paradise.
