About this property

This unit is perfect for snowbirds seeking a fabulous winter retreat for fishing boating and other activities as well as summer family vacation.

The dock is approx. 38’ but can accommodate boats to 50 feet due to the 200’ wide canal. The dock has a fish cleaning table and water and electric. Access to both the Atlantic and Gulf are quick and easy. You can view the Charter Boat catch from the patio.

There is a Par 3 9 hole golf course across the street (a round of golf with clubs costs about $13.00). There are free Concerts in the Park (within walking distance) and the island has 3 restaurants all within walking distance. There are Biking/walking paths, tennis courts and bocce and a playground. Women enjoy Ma Jong and Bridge at the Yacht Club (membership not required). Boating, diving and snorkeling are first rate.
We have the widest Canal view with a lovely canal walking path for leisure and socializing.

Key Colony Beach is on an island in the Heart of the Florida Keys (mile marker 53.5 on US highway 1). The city, called the “Gem of the Florida Keys” is just south of the Overseas Highway connected via a causeway with a very small bridge. The City has its own marina, tackle shop, liquor store, gas station, and convenience store.

Key Colony Beach

Rainy week at beach. Spent a lot of time doing puzzles & playing cards. Beautiful location with a fishing dock in front of screened porch. Every type of cooking utensil provided & most importantly a Keurig coffee maker. Good WIFI connection. Overall, a wonderful vacation location.

Nice clean property in convenient location

Property was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Quiet area, yet convenient to get to shopping areas and take a day trip to Key West. Property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Thanksgiving week

The property was clean and included everything we needed. The location was great and we were able to have our boat docked at the house. The host couldn't have been better.
