Luxus auf dem zweiten Stock

Die wohnung war wie beschrieben sauber und ziemlich gemuetlich aber sie war auf dem zweiten Stock und wir ( Mein Enkel und ich) muessten zwei mal ueberlegen,wenn wir raus wollten. Die Umgebung war auch nicht berauschend. Wenn ich es alles wuesste, haette ich nicht gebucht.

5 Sterne ist übertrieben!

Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Emden. Die Fotos versprachen eine hochwertige Wohnungseinrichtung in der Stadt Emden. Grundsätzlich stimmt dieser Eindruck. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles sehr hochwertig und stimmig. Allerdings sind uns doch ein paar Minuspunkte aufgefallen. Die Badewannenumrandung ist nicht ganz fest und besteht aus Plastik, im Schlafzimmer brannten von fünf Glühbirnen nur zwei (nach der ersten Nacht nur noch eine). Die guten Stuckarbeiten im Wohnzimmer wurden (anscheinend nachträglich) durch Kölner Bretter unterbrochen, was die grundsätzliche Optik zwar nicht zerstört, aber nicht hätte sein müssen. Die hochwertigen Polsterstühle in der Küche wurden mit einem Plastiküberzug versehen und mit zusätzlichen Sitzauflagen bestückt. Den größten Minuspunkt stellt unserer Meinung nach, allerdings die Nachbarschaft dar. Wir waren vom 27. bis 30. Dezember vor Ort und wurden die gesamte Zeit durch Böllerexplosionen und lärmende Nachbarschaft gestört. Dies entspricht nicht unserer Vorstellung eines entspannten Nordseeurlaubes. Grundsätzlich lässt sich festhalten, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber, ordentlich und hochwertig ausgestattet ist. Hier fallen vor allem die Küche und das Badezimmer sehr positiv auf. Allerdings werden wir uns zukünftig für den klassischen Nordseeurlaub doch eine strandnähere und abgelegenere Wohnung nehmen. Wir bedanken uns für die problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, die nette Hausdame und die saubere Wohnung!

Leider etwas altmodisch

Positiv war die sehr nette und zuvorkommende "Hausdame", da blieb bei der Ankunft und Abreise kein Wunsch offen. Die veröffentlichten Fotos geben leider nicht die Außenansicht wieder, dass wäre sonst für uns ein K.O.-Kriterium gewesen. Besonders negativ ist mir aufgefallen, das die von mir gezahlte Kaution auch nach mehr als 10 Tagen noch nicht erstattet wurde.
