The apartment extends over two levels and is accessible via an external staircase with perforated grills. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms. The 30 m² large and spacious living and dining area with open kitchen invites you to linger.
Due to the optimal allocation this apartment is very suitable for groups and families up to 6 people. Dogs are welcome.
A washing machine and a dishwasher complete the extensive basic equipment of the spacious kitchen. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase with perforated grids and is in the second Floor. The apartment Strandhaver is located in the quiet western village center and is only 250 meters from the beach.

Alles Gut!

Die Wohnung ist gut und die 3 Bäder, wenn es mal schnell gehen soll mit der Familie ein echter Pluspunkt! Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten, die leicht zu beheben wären. Kann aber sein, dass nur wir das vermissen. Ein Spiegel und eine Uhr wären ebenso zweckmäßig, wie der ein oder andere Haken im Bad. Aber wie gesagt „First-World-Problems“ Die leider undichte „De Longi“ sollte ausgetauscht werden. Zu unserer Zeit leider nicht, was ein wenig ärgerlich war, weil wir uns mit Kapseln beim ersten Einkauf extra eingedeckt hatten. Die Lage ist super und wir haben uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern wohl gefühlt. Moin!!

tolle Wohnung mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Wohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmern mit direkt angeschlossenen Bädern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit großemTisch und sechs Stühlen sowie einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit Sofa und zwei Sesseln echt toll. Die Lage ist super. Keine 3 Minuten zu den Geschäften bzw. zum Strand und absolut ruhig. Es gibt aber einige Kleinigkeiten, die man wissen sollte: - Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über eine Außentreppe. Nichts für Gehbehinderte und lauffaule Personen. Uns störte es aber nicht. - Die Bäder sind nur über die Schlafzimmer zugänglich und zwei dieser Bäder haben daher kein Tageslicht. - Die Bäder sind klein, aber uns reichte der Platz. - Das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage hat keine Tür, somit hört man dort alles, was in der Etage darunter stattfindet. - Die Spülmaschine ist super laut und wir stellten sie daher nur an, wenn wir nicht da waren. Frau Zahn von der Immo|Oog FeWo-Agentur GmbH ist sehr nett und kompetent, ihr gebührt unser Dank.
