The cozy, completely fenced Ferienhaus Voß is only 200 meters from the Baltic Sea. On approximately 50sqm living space, 2 adults and 2 children will find space. The living room is equipped with a sofa set, a sleeping couch in a cozy reading corner, TV set and stove. In the parents' room is a double bed, in the children's room a bunk bed and a large wardrobe, plus there is a shower bath. The open kitchen with the dining area is located in the center of the house, from here you get to the sight- and wind-protected terrace with garden furniture and outdoor fireplace. The fenced garden invites you to play, a car parking space is located directly at the house. Some board games and books are available.   Bed linen is not included in the rent, but can be for € 10,00 p. P. with to be booked. Please note that the existing electric heating in winter, additional costs of about 10, - € per day (€ 0.35 / kWh) may apply (heating + firewood).
