The beautifully renovated house offers the perfect place for a relaxing and sunny vacation. The house stands on a 900m2 sun lot. The house has two pretty bedrooms with new mattresses.
In the living / dining room you will find new furniture with sofas, TV-Sat system with the usual channels in German, a modern CD radio, book corner, a high-quality fireplace and dining table for 4-5 people.
The bathroom has a nice large shower, mirror cabinet, shelf and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and NEW, from 2019 with dishwasher and washing machine.
The 28sqm south-facing sun terrace is equipped with a beautiful seating area, a parasol and a cozy lounge area. In addition, 4 deck chairs are available.
Enjoy the fireplace on cozy autumn days or the grill in the garden. There is enough space for badminton.
The community pool with lawn and barbecue area is only 400 meters away.
The mixed forest begins 30 meters behind the house and is ideal for walks or mountain biking. You may also collect fresh blueberries or mushrooms ...

In 10 minutes you will find a summer toboggan run, bungee, a ziplin and the famous bike park Vallåsen. Here you can also rent downhill bikes and accessories for your exciting descent.

Nature lovers will get their money's worth in the surrounding forests and beautiful lakes.
Or just take a stroll in one of the garage flea and antique markets. Surely there are one or the other curiosity for home.
Cozy garden cafes invite you to linger.

The 12 km long Mellby beach is waiting for you behind Laholm.

Great places like Båstad, Torekov, Ängelholm and Halmstad are worth exploring.

Gemütlichen kleines Ferienhaus

Es ist ein schönes, gemütlichen kleines Ferienhaus. Sehr idyllisch gelegen, ein schön algelegter Garten. Für die Kinder ist ein Trampolin im Garten vorhanden und im Haus stehen Kinderbücher zum stöbern rum. Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftspool, welchen man mit nutzen kann, leider hatten wir nicht soviele Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2 Wochen in dem kleinen "Petterson und Findus" Häuschen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt und ist dazu noch so liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Frau Goldammer war sehr angenehm und Frau Goldammer wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Vorab hatten wir bereits eine Liste mit Ausflugstipps (welche wir gerne wahrgenommen haben) und schwedischen Wörtern bekommen. Die Kinder waren täglich auf dem Trampolin und im Geräteschuppen war auch noch einiges für die Kids. Leider war in Örkeljuna selber das Wetter nicht so gut, dass wir den Pool nutzen konnten. Aber das hat nicht gestört, denn Schweden ist groß und wenn bei uns das Wetter schlecht gemeldet war sind wir einfach woanders hingefahren. So haben wir sehr viel gesehen! Und alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Malmö, Helsingborgh, Kristianstad, Melbystrand!, Elchpark (wo wir die Elche gefüttert und gestreichelt haben),Michels Kattulthof in Vimmerby, Zipline fahren etc. Wir haben die Zeit in Schweden und dem Häuschen sehr genossen und sind komplett entspannt nach Hause gekommen. Für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten! Als Tipp: Auf dem Hin- oder Rückweg noch ein paar Tage in Kopenhagen verbringen.

Klein, aber fein

Ein kleines, aber gut ausgestattet und gut gepflegtes Haus. Es liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft nahe dem Ende einer Sackgasse, der Verkehr dort ist also kaum der Rede wert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super, sehr nett und kooperativ!

So macht der Schweden-Urlaub Spaß

Schönes sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Die Terrasse lädt wunderbar zum Verweilen am Abend ein und der Garten mitsamt großem Trampolin ist wunderbar für Klein und Groß. Zudem punktet es mit seiner sehr guten Lage, sodass man auch mit nur 1h Fahrzeit viele tolle Ausflugsziele ( Hafen Torekov, Båstad, Kullaberg, Elchsafari in Markaryd, Djurkpark, etc) problemlose erreichen kann. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. So macht Urlaub Freude. Sehr zu empfehlen- gerne wieder =)
