Super Fewo für Familien

Leider nur ein Wochenende mit Kindern und Enkeln aber sehr schön. Ideale fewo für Familien mir größeren Kindern, "die sich´s leisten können." Für Kinder unter 3 Jahren eher ungeeignet.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, aber...

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast und es war eine schöne Zeit, für das eher durchwachsene Wetter kann niemand etwas... Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und man kann sie weiterempfehlen, natürlich auch wegen der tollen Lage, ruhig und nah am Strand. Sehr positiv ist das Platzangebot, die Einrichtung im großen und ganzen, der Schuppen für Räder und Strand Equipment, der extrem nahe Parkplatz und die tolle kleine Sauna. Leider gibt es aber auch ein paar Abstriche, Dinge die einfach bei dem stolzen Preis so nicht sein sollten. Generell ist das Untergeschoss baubedingt sehr dunkel und auch die Beleuchtung macht das nicht unbedingt angenehmer, da wäre durch klügere Lichtinstallationen wesentlich mehr drin. Vor allem die Küchenzeile ist extrem schlecht beleuchtet. Bleiben wir gleich bei der Küche, an sich solide, jedoch die Stühle und die Bank sind einfach nur unbequem. Außerdem fragen wir uns immer noch, wo denn da 6 Leute überhaupt Platz finden sollen, wir waren nur zu viert. Draußen dürfte dauerhaft keine Option sein. Der "Garten" ist im übrigen eher trist als schön anzusehen. Kommen wir nun zur Ausstattung der Küche, extrem einfach, geradezu billig. Die Kochmesser sind ein Witz und auch sonst ist das Equipment da eher zum vergessen. Es mangelt an Schneidebrettern und anderen Hilfsmitteln. Auch die Sauberkeit des gesamten Geschirrs, der Gläser und fast aller Hilfsmittel war leider überhaupt nicht befriedigend. Wir mussten quasi alles erst einmal reinigen. Punkt Sauberkeit im allgemeinen... ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, wobei die Bäder in Ordnung waren, aber der Rest der Wohnung war nur lieblos gereinigt. Es gibt so einige Ecken, die es mal nötig hätten, z.B. auch die Küchenfronten. Negativhöhepunkt ist leider die WC Brille im unteren Bad, da löst sich der Lack bzw. die Folie, überall Falten und gelbliche Einschlüsse, dadurch war diese definitiv unhygienisch und nicht nutzbar. Besonders die Raffstores und die Insektengage an den Wohnzimmerfenstern sind sichtlich gealtert und abgenutzt, fast marode. Da sollte dringend nachgebessert bzw. erneuert werden. Ebenso sind der Strandkorb und auch das Gestühl sowie das Wäschegestell sichtlich abgenutzt, auch in der Dusche oben die Dichtungen der Duschkabine. Als wir diese Punkte reklamierten, wurde Corona als Hauptgrund genannt. Das ist so eigentlich nicht vertretbar. Wir hoffen hiermit beizutragen, dass die Qualität der wirklich schönen Wohnung wieder etwas gesteigert werden kann.

Urlaub

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage. Die Unterkunft war super, tolle Ausstattung und sehr gepflegt. Man wurde sehr nett an der Rezeption begrüßt und man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Kurzurlaub. Die FeWo war empfehlenswert ....die Lage war super.... alles erreicht man in nur wenigen Gehminuten....wir kommen gerne wieder.
