About this property

Renovated apartment with sea views close to the beach, restaurants and shops

The apartment is sophisticated, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. From the large terrace you can even see as far as Gibraltar. The apartment has approx. 109 m2 and has a garage space. The apartment is five minutes away from the Cabopino port. Cabopino is very popular because of the wide beach, the international restaurants and many water sports. From the apartment you can walk to the beach where many nice typical Spanish restaurants are waiting for you. Almost all restaurants speak German and English. Shops and banks are also just a few minutes away. The Supercor grocery store is open until 2 a.m. even on Sundays. In winter you can go skiing in the Sierra Nevada (approx. 2 hours by car). The house has only 14 apartments and a shared swimming pool, which can be closed and heated in winter with a roof structure. There is a shared sauna and a tropical garden.

Since we manage 4 apartments in the same area, we can accommodate golf groups up to 16 people. Most apartments even have underground parking and storage for your golf clubs.

Boat rental: If you are adventueous and would like to spend a few hours boating in and around Puerto Banus -we rent our boat with a captain. Please call for pricing and availability.

This apartment is located in the most popular residential area in Marbella, because it is very central and still lies in a quiet residential area, close to the sea and only a few minutes to the small port of Cabopino. This house has only 14 apartments. Shops within walking distance. The apartment has a large terrace with sea views to Gibraltar. The swimming pool is heated and there is also a sauna for winter. Nearby are many sports facilities such as tennis, golf, water sports, etc. For people who want to hike or love to make excursions, the offer is varied: Seville, Cordoba, Mijas, Benalmadena, Jerez, Sierra Nevada, Gibraltar, Ronda or even with a ferry you can visit Tagiers from Tarifa. There are constant events in and around Marbella. Ask us for suggestions at any time.

Fabulous location to explore the Costa del Sol
A large spacious modern property tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of the sea from the large balcony. Air conditioner was a fabulous bonus. One small thing we could hear the people upstairs moving around due to poor soundproofing but this did not detract from a wonderful week.

Very nice appartment!
We’ve had a great time in this appartment. Oliver is a great host and the appartment was very clean!!! Close to wonderfull beaches, restaurants, shops and Cabopino. Marbella just minutes away by car or bus. We would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful Terrace
The apartment was very nice. Oliver, the host, was extremely helpful for check in and had great suggestions in his welcome book. The sunsets and sunrises from the terrace are stunning especially looking out to the ocean. Best to have a car because there are only a few things within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment with amazing views from the balcony, clean and spacious. Local supermarket within walking distance, nice and peaceful. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to my enquiries, Oliver was so helpful, even with us arriving at the apartment in the early hours due to flight delays.
