About this property

The lovingly furnished holiday home has a living space of 100 m2 and offers space for
2 - 5 people. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen with a dining area. The living room is connected to the terrace, a charcoal grill is available for nice barbecues.
In addition, a travel cot and high chair are available for you on request.
The bathroom with shower and bathtub is bright and spacious. The house is barrier-free.

Werder Havel is a recognized resort and is a wonderful holiday destination for long walks or bike rides. At the nearby Großer Plessower See there is a family-friendly bathing beach with a beautiful lawn - 3 minutes walk from the house!
The house and the garden as well as the surrounding area offer plenty of space for activities and attract those seeking tranquility in autumn and winter.

Here you can enjoy relaxing weekends or holidays in beautiful nature and if you feel like it, you can be in Potsdam in twenty minutes, the royal seat of the kings of Prussia is always worth a trip, or in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

Werder has a regional train connection, without changing you are in about 35 minutes in the hustle and bustle of the capital at Berlin Central Station.

Our house is located in a quiet and idyllic residential area just 1 minute from the city forest. The property is not completely fenced, dog owners should pay attention to it.

The house has space for at least four people. The place of residence has various supermarkets, bakers, butchers, hairdressers, physiotherapy etc. We also have two parking spaces on the property.
The price includes one-off p. Person towels and bed linen.

Dear guests between November 2019 and August 2020, the main access road to the service road in which the holiday home is located will be expanded. Access restrictions and, depending on the construction phase, building noises are to be expected.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Kleine Mängel: - Türschloss geht sehr schwer - beim betätigen des Schalters für die Rollladen im Bad blinkt die Leuchte über dem Waschbecken auf ???

Alles wunderbar!

Frau Steinbach ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Im Haus fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten. Toll waren auch das viele Infomaterial und die Bücher über Potsdam, die wir vorfanden. Der Bungalow ist wunderschön, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man schläft herrlich ruhig. Mit dem Hund konnte man in der Umgebung problemlos Gassi gehen. Werder und das Umland sind zauberhaft. Da wir die Schlösser in Potsdam besucht haben, war die Entfernung von 10 km einfach ideal. Wir würden diesen Bungalow jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank und allen Nachfolgenden einen schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt wünschen Patrick und Carmen mit Mila

Urlaub zum Erholen...

Der Kontakt war immer angenehm und freundlich. Die Anfahrt ist einfach, das Haus ist ruhig gelegen am Anfang der Strasse in einem Wohngebiet. Der Aussenbereich verfügt über zwei Stellplätze, einen kleinen Garten sowie hinter dem Haus eine Rasenfläche mit Terrasse und Grill. Die Wohnung war sauber, funktionell aber geschmackvoll und ließ nichts vermissen...Wir haben zu dritt mit Hund ausreichen Platz gefunden... Der Stadtwald ist direkt an der Ecke mit einer Hundeauslaufzone....Für Ausflüge sollte man allerdings schon ein Auto haben... Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Mooi ruim huis

Mooie, ruime en propere woning. We hebben genoten van de rust en de ruimte. Mooi bos om de hoek, heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt met onze hond. Bezienswaardigheden genoeg in en rondom Werder. Kortom, een aanrader! 👍

Kurzurlaub im Havelland

Wir waren so angenehm überrascht, dass alles so vorgefunden wurde, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Der Empfang von Frau Steinbach war sehr herzlich, und wir konnten jetzt auch nicht anders, als uns einfach superwohl zu fühlen. Schnell haben wir uns eingelebt, die Gegend erkundet, wobei es dauernd etwas Neues zu sehen gab. Und letztendlich hat auch noch das Wetter mitgespielt. Sogar der Hund hat sich ganz wie zu Hause gefühlt. Um es kurz zu sagen: Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön und entsprach allen Erwartungen.
