This renovated and high-quality furnished apartment is about 100 square meters, with a ceiling height of 3 meters, offering you a luxurious ambience in a new lifestyle. The apartment is equipped with oiled oak parquet and is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.
 
2 bedrooms each with 2 large boxspring double beds offer maximum, comfortable sleeping comfort. The object is equipped for 4 persons. The marble-embellished bathroom has a spacious shower and a large sink. The high-quality, top-equipped open kitchen in the living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired.

The dining area has a large dining table for up to 4-6 people. In the spacious living area an elegant, high-quality facility invites you to linger.

Due to its prime location in the pedestrian area, you can walk to all kinds of shops such as the bakery, butcher, grocery stores. Also you reach in 200m the harbor, where cozy cafes and restaurants invite you to linger.

For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.


With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Beautiful Apartment
This apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. Everything works well, it is modern and it has everything you would need for a holiday apartment. It is well located in the very beautiful Lindau. It is on the main pedestrian street and there are many restaurants and cafes within a short distance. The agents managing the apartment met us even though we were quite late in arriving and went to a lot of trouble with the handover. The owner lives in the building and is a delightful lady and very helpful. The main railway station is only a short distance away and you could easily travel there by train with your (reasonable) luggage. Parking is the only issue. If you have difficulty with stairs, the parking station will be a problem. It is about 600m away and you must cross the railway. Overall I would strongly recommend this apartment.

Großartiges Remote-Arbeits- und Urlaubserlebnis
Frau Stadler von der Firma "Die Fee vom See" war unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns bei vielen praktischen Dingen geholfen. Unsere Vermieterin war die charmante und liebenswerte Dame, Frau Ritter. Wir haben eine Wohnung in der Maximilianstraße für über ein halbes Jahr gemietet, also zwischen dem 1.1.-9.7.2023. Lindau ist eine Stadt, die zu jeder Jahreszeit Erlebnisse bietet. Besonders verliebt haben wir uns in die Insel Lindau, ihre mittelalterlichen Gebäude, Menschen und Grünanlagen sowie ihre hochwertigen Dienstleistungen. In den ersten drei Monaten lernten wir die gastfreundlichen Lindauer Menschen, Restaurants und Geschäfte kennen. Wir bereisten den Bodensee in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Wir sind auch in den nahegelegenen Alpen Ski gefahren. Auf dem Weg in den Sommer erkundeten wir die Schlösser der Gegend, genossen die lokale Küche und probierten Weine. Ein Erlebnis wie kein anderes. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
