Photos and Description of this Park City holiday condo

Large Studio, Full Kitchen, 1 full bath, sleeps 4

The ski runs are your new backyard! This winter, if you're looking for a slopeside, ski-in/ski-out condo you have found it with this spacious studio condominium within The Lodge at Mountain Resort at Park City Mountain Resort. Now that Vail has combined PCMR and Canyons Village into one resort, you have easy access to the largest ski resort in the United States, right outside your door. An easy, short walk takes you directly to the lifts, and all your favorite runs. Ski lessons, lift tickets, and equipment rentals are just outside. Hot tubs, sauna, free ski lockers and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool are ready for you. Restaurants, ice-skating, and shopping are waiting for you. If your idea of the perfect day skiing or snowboarding is to be first on the mountain and last off, you can do it here because you are at the mountain. Fresh powder awaits...

It's Yours... Your condo is relaxed and easy with a comfortable layout. In the well-equipped kitchen with a granite countertop and stove, you can have breakfast before you hit the slopes and return for lunch if you feel like it. Take a load off those feet at the end of the day in the living room with a 32-inch flat-screen HDTV and a welcoming fireplace. Eat dinner or play games at the dining table with seating for four. Two queen-size beds are easily accessible as a Murphy bed and pull-out sofa. A full bathroom with bathtub/shower is within the unit. Within the resort, and just down the hallway, enjoy the sauna, two hot tubs, and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool day or night. A well-equipped weight room with flat-screen TV's is also available to you. Steps from your door are ice skating, ski rentals, lessons and the central Payday lift as well as the main lodge. The new gondola whisks you over to Canyons Village. Board the free Park City bus just outside, and you can access Historic Main St., Canyons Village and Deer Valley ski resort, the outlet mall, and all that is Park City.

After the lifts close for the winter, come and enjoy Springtime in Park City. The trees start budding and the town comes alive with a new season of freshness.

Treat Yourself... This season come and enjoy our condo and its fantastic location and amenities. Retreat to your quiet home away from home after a fun day on the ski slopes, a successful day shopping, indulging at the spa or a sightseeing adventure. We are long-time locals here in town, and are happy to let you in on the best Park City has to offer.

Do we really need a car?? While a car is not necessary when staying at our condo, it can be more convenient if you want to explore areas outside Park City, like Salt Lake City and the other resorts along the Wasatch Front. Otherwise, hire a shuttle from the airport and ride the free bus around town to restaurants, shopping, and the other local resorts without worrying about parking, car rental fees, etc.. Free covered parking is available downstairs just in case.

This studio was perfect for our little family get away. The location was wonderful and the studio was well equipped and well loved. Our goal was to get some bike riding in and boy did we. My husband said the mounting biking trails were great and could be reached right out of our door. My daughter and I stuck to the extensive paved trails around the area and had so much fun.

Park City is a wonderful summer vacation spot. Hiking, road and mountain biking, markets, great food and friendly people.

Excellent studio property at the base of Park City Mtn. Resort. This is the nicest studio unit I have seen.

The owners made the most of the space by using a murphy bed and sleeper sofa...Very roomy, clean, nicely decorated and great ski in- ski out location. This rental includes garage parking, very nice in the winter. Great pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The owners are great to work with.

Fantastic condo!

  • 5 of 5

This condo is awesome! It doesn't feel like a studio at all. It's spacious floorplan feels open and roomy. The TV is very nice and the 5 DVD/CD disc changer was a nice bonus! The Murphy and sofa beds are great with plenty of available clean, fresh linens. The kitchen is cozy and well-stocked. The bathroom is beautiful, large enough to meet our needs and has plenty of crisp, white towels. Also included were a blow dryer and iron/ironing board.

The condo is clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. It's homey but feels updated, too. with nice interior decorating and some upscale finishes. It's convenient to activites and offers free buses throughout the city.

Heather was great to work with and helped make our stay enjoyable.

This condo is awesome and a bargain, too!
