The rooms are equipped with design radiators or Underfloor heating.
A walk-in shower is available.

A 40 "LED flat screen TV is also available.

The price from 60, - € is per night for occupancy of two people in the off season.
In high season, as well as Christmas, New Year's Eve and public holidays such as Carnival, Easter, Ascension, Pentecost and Corpus Christi, the price is from 65, - € per night for two people.

The rental price increases per additional person:
- Child up to 2 years - 10.00 € / night
- Child up to 10 years - 15,00 € / night
- Child up to 16 years - 20,00 € / night
Pers. from 17 years - 25,00 € / night

Costs for gas, water, electricity, travel cot and high chair as well as towels and bed linen for initial equipment are included in the price.

For the final cleaning we charge a fee of 45, - €.
The tax of 2.50 € / night is required tax to the local spa and is collected through the landlord. It applies to persons over 16 years.
The tourist tax and the fee for final cleaning are to be paid in cash upon arrival.

In high season, it is not possible to book for stays of less than 7 nights. Exceptions to this rule are booking gaps.

The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 15 o'clock and on the day of departure until 10 o'clock.
