The cozy 3-room apartment (completely renovated 07-2017) in the Grossen Parower Str. 85, 18435 Stralsund is approx. 150 meters air line from the beach promenade.
The 3-room apartment is usually for 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children) and has the following features:

Schöne Winterferien mit den Enkelkindern

Eine schöne Woche in Strahlsund. Wir waren im Hanse Dom,im Ozeaneum,auf Rügen, in Zoo in der Altstadt und in der Nikoleikirche. Sehr kurze Wege alles sehr gut zuerreichen. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub. MfG B. Reschke

Schöner Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Und das Beste ist, dass es hier in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir können ganz bequem alles besorgen, was wir brauchen, ohne lange Wege zurücklegen zu müssen. Wir haben auch festgestellt, dass die Busanbindung hier gut ist. Wir konnten bequem und schnell zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen gelangen.

Stralsund / Gästewohnung

Wir waren noch nie in Stralsund und haben in den 2 vollen Tagen (3Übernachtungen) viele schöne Dinge erlebt. Das Ozeaneum war für uns ein muss. Es war unbeschreiblich faszinierend und es wird nicht langweilig. Wir waren über 2h im Ozenaeum und wären gerne noch geblieben, wenn wir nicht noch einen weiteren Termin gebucht hätten. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen sowie viele interessante und schöne Café's und Restaurants. Jenachdem wie gut man zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann, sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen Netzplan der Buslinien besorgen. Stralsund ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und wir kommen gerne wieder. Unsere Gastwohnung war sehr angenehm. Sogar mit Ladestation für E-Autos. Mit dem zusätzlich gebuchten Parkplatz hatte es leider nicht geklappt, aber es sind wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe weitere Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Bettwäsche u.a.) der Wohnung war gut, könnte mitunter aber mal ausgetauscht werden (Geschirrspülbrand und für 4 Personen nicht vollzählig). Da wir zu der älteren Generation gehören, fehlte uns leider ein Schuhanzieher :-) . Ansonsten war die Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte auch gut.
