Dealing with owners direct there is so no management fees, hotel taxes, cleaning fees. No surprises

A true ski in / ski out location. Bright end unit. No units looking at or in, very private. No court yard noise and entrance noise.

Our end unit is newly renovated and stunningly decorated by a well known international designer.


The bedroom has a deluxe new queen size bed with TV / DVD and sliding doors out to a large wrap around covered deck.

Living Room

The living room sofa is custom designed and converts to a comfortable queen size bed....The gas fireplace and designer mood lighting throughout creates a relaxing and inviting ambiance.

Relax after a good day skiing in our leather recliner in front of the fire place watching the 45” flat screen TV over 400 channels, DVD player with 12 free newer movies you can enjoy, like your in a home theater. Free wi fi. Free L Dist calls N America.


The new gourmet kitchen boasts custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and fully equipped.


The bathroom has a body jet spa shower, soaker tub and granite counter tops. Lots of extra towels, hair blower ect.

Free Extras

Other amenities include free hi- speed wireless Internet, free long distance phone calls throughout North America. There is an air conditioning for the hot summer days or it can be used for extra heat if required. Have a safe as well. The Aspens has a 24 hour front desk, internet, computers and printer office. Large conference room with entertainment area with large flat screen TV for guests.


We have a very large covered deck with a new BBQ to enjoy with your friends. It has 2 lounge chairs, hi glass bar table with four chairs, watch the sunsets

View out your windows to the ski slope, chairs, mtn tops and base mtn lift, Wizard chair. Full sunsets, see skiers go bye.

Come to Experience it….

Look out the units large picture windows to watch skiers, the lifts, the mountain tops and enjoy the spectacular slope side views while retaining your privacy. Not many units you can experience this. I have owned many different homes in Whistler. This unit #109 is the best of all being right on the ski run. It was a dream of mine and it came true. Seeing the skiers and chairs out my unit windows on the lift is a true Whistler experience you can experience it as well.

To ski

Go out our end unit past the hot tubs to the slope side, Skis on and two turns (200 mtrs) to the Wizard chair lift Blackcomb base. Enjoy the dual mountains skiing, Whistler/Blackcomb from the Wizard run or experience the Peak to Peak lift which is world renown. No cars needed/parking or no big hikes. Your skis / boards are kept by the free Apens ski valet. Best thing is, after a full day of skiing, your tired and all you have to do is ski right to the unit. Ski/boards off and your in your unit right away. Get a cold or warm drink and then soak in the hot tubs slope side to completely relax. Most places people are still making their way home, tired and not enjoying the journey to their location.

Condo location

3-4 Min walk to Village North, 10-12 min walk to Village town center. Free shuttle bus out front of our complex. Paths all around for walking or cycling. We get sunrises to sunset views. Bright sunny private end unit right on the ski run. We are far enough away too not hear the bars closing and no big crowds. You are in best area of Whistler/Blackcomb with hi end restaurants, shops and hotels. Secured parking is underground right below our unit at 14.00/n. Best rate in Whistler. No elevators needed.

My wife (Daphne) and I are long time Whistler crazies. Back when the Whistler Village town center use to be a garbage dump, we would go and watch all the bears at night. It was always a dream to own a condo right on the ski slope, watching the chairs and skiiers go by. We have bought and sold in Whistler for many years and this condo is the best location we have had. So bright, private with hot tubs and pool to lounge around or just sit on our big deck outside and take in all the sites.

We are from West Vancouver, so it is a short car ride up. Once we arrive it feels like it is a world away. Hate to say but with the spring and summer time, we enjoy Whistler even more. So much to do and take in.

Really this location after owning all over Whistler is the best of all.

We are now golf junkies and enjoy the local courses. We bike a lot, so enjoy the multitude of trails. Really so much to do.

We keep active and really get to enjoy our condo when it is available. If renting with us we can share the many things you can enjoy, Winter and Summer. it is heaven to us and glad other people can enjoy the condo as well. It is years of Whistler life and finding the ultimate getaway spot for everyone to enjoy. Feel the true Whistler resort experience. We do every time and have enjoyed it for many years,

Great condo. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Whistler but very quiet. Enjoyed the pool and three hot tubs. It was nice having the extra room and kitchen. Had a lovely time.

Cute condo, closet to the upper village lifts. Deck is not very private but is largest on the surrounding condos. So nice to have A/C for the 90 degree days during our stay! Instructions clearly outlined in welcome packet. Unable to find bike storage in the parking garage as it was full, so had to look elsewhere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

You couldn't ask for a better ski-in ski-out condo on Blackcomb! It was literally just above the base of the Wizard Express. This will definitely be my #1 choice for accommodations going forward.

Our stay in Aspen 109 was great. Unit was clean and well kept. Ski in/out right down to the lift, can't beat it! David was easy to deal with and promptly resolved an issue with the entry code when we first checked in, would recommend him and Aspens 109!

I had an incredible time staying at David's Aspens Condo. Could not ask for a better location in Whistler/Blackcomb. The Aspens Luxury Condo perfectly accommodates four people, is beautiful decorated and you will love skiing directly to The Aspens Hot Tubs after a long day on the mountain. The bad: This unit has been used and abused over the years. The walls are dirty and the bedding had (small) stains. I washed the dishes before I used the dishes. Shower is mouldy. All the leather in the furniture has ripped and everything has a tired, worn feel. The good: location is ok, but other units we've stayed had an equally great location. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Shower head is nice, but they don't all work. We have stayed in this unit 3 times and won't stay again, solely due to it feeling worn and dirty, and lower in quality, yet rental price has not lowered. What may have been "luxury" at one time is now tired and dirty.

Great place!

We loved the condo, easy ski in, ski out. So convenient to have ski rental/ski valet in the building. Condo was nice, clean. Only problem was that the internet did not work too well. We had to go to the main lobby to get internet, which was a pain. The owner was very good about it, was going to have it checked out by the internet provider, so hopefully, future stays will be even better!

Great Condo!!

This is a perfect condo for a couple looking for a getaway. Great location at the very end of the hall. I was a little worried about noise, being close to the pool, stairwell and ski in ski out, but it was not bad at all, and coming from me that says a lot, I am VERY sensitive to noise. I will surely consider staying here again on my next Whistler adventure.

Loved staying in this beautiful apartment right on the slopes. Literally ski in ski out accommodation and perfect location for our honeymoon. 5 min walk to main whistler village was awesome. The apartment has everything you could need and main bedroom super comfy. Looks exactly like the photos but better.

Would stay here over and over again. Just perfect

Owner's Response: You were the perfect guests. Unit 109 is very popular, especially for honeymoon couples and their anniversaries they always come back. I am so glad you enjoyed yourselves. You had perfect snow conditions. I would have you back any time. Try the summer, early fall. It is so beautiful. Lounge at the pool. Best riding in N America. Hiking, zip lining, Peak to Peak and hike both Mtn tops with restaurants open. Golf, river rafting, canoeing down the river of golden dreams. lake beach tanning, ATV, many summer events and bands performances. We have a big wrap around deck w/BBQ. Full sun and sunsets with a drink to wrap up the eventful day. Don't forget, we have an air condition. You'll need it Enjoy and forever together Dave Parker

Excellent accomodation

We stayed here as a family of 3 . A teenager in the living area and ourselves in the main bedroom. We loved being slope side . The apartment had everything we needed and had a cosy homely feel . Everything was clean when we arrived . Could not complain about anything .

Perfect for family or couple wanting all the benefits of the Aspens resort . All correspondence answered in a timely helpful manner .

Formerly luxury, now a little tired.

We stayed in this unit recently and were disappointed at the tired decor. It would be ok to have chipped paint on the kitchen units, mould in the bathroom tiles and with appliances being broken (toaster) if it wasn't advertised as being luxury and immaculate. The location is good; right on the slope at Blackcomb and a short walk to Whistler Village. Being right next to the hot tub is handy as well.

The most off putting thing about renting this apartment is any communication with the owner. Firstly, he removed himself from the site we paid our deposit through before we could pay our final instalment. This was a surprise as it had not been communicated to us in advance. Getting him the final payment was a real hassle - emails were slow to be responded to and his written style was at best confusing and at worst unintelligible. To be honest, we regretted not being able to complete our booking via a third party.

Owner's Response: Hi Erin, Most guests give me a 5 star. Sounds like you are overall disgruntled with my handling your stay. All your complaints are taken as constructive criticism. The paint decor is the distressed look. Granted the door knobs need a touched up after this seasons use. The bath tiles are usually caulked monthly. I had back to back rentals all summer and was not able to spend the necessary time. I have blocked off 3109 Oct/Nov to address any painting, tiles and doing updates. First I have heard about the toaster. I will replace at once. I have had over 2500 clients in the past years and never had an issue about the final payment other than being late. I am not sure how I can remove myself where VRBO automatically does the notices for payment. You pay the balance thru VRBO using the booking #. VRBO has auto emails that advise you.I did get a late payment email from VRBO. I advised you to send me the final amount by cheque. You did not want to. You are overseas, so I did not want the expense calling you and your expense couriering to me.. I had to go to the bank and set up a Whistler account that will accept your wire. Finally set up the wire account and gave to you. You could not wire but my bank advised me the #s were correct to wire. It was your bank issue and see it was okay and sent to me finally. it cost me for wire sent. It was not your standard rental procedure. I deal with many clients, never this amount of time spent and now the insults. The unit will have a new face lift with two months blocked off. I had a very busy year and the unit did take some abuse and I am guilty for not getting in to do the bath tile. This I do often religiously. If you can believe it, our luxury condo has always been given great comments and no complaint about my service. I have several mgmt sights and all the same great comments. I take your comments as constructive and full attention but to say I'm ignorant, you obviously were not happy with me. See guest response on my unit same day arrival. A delightful stay! David was a welcoming host, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions on arrival. The condo was in a great location, with just a short walk to the main Whistler villages. Comfortable bed, well-provisioned kitchen, great deck, etc. Paid parking is available underground, and added about $15/day to the cost of our stay. Nonetheless it was a great value. Recommended!
