From the large terrace you have a fantastic panorama view on the pasting sailboats and the muzzle. The same breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the panoramic windows of the dining area, the bedroom and the spacious bathroom. The apartment is spread over two floors (1st + 2nd floor) and has been furnished with selected luxury furniture in Scandinavian style. The living room, with fireplace and access to a second balcony, gives a view into the green. On the floor is also a shower room.

The final cleaning costs additional costs of 79,00 €. These are to be transferred within the first 10 days after booking to the account of the administrator.
The deposit of € 300.00 to be paid is to be transferred to the manager's account for safekeeping up to 4 weeks prior to arrival.
