The idyllic and secluded holiday home PHILIPPOS is immersed in a pine wood close to the almost private fine, sandy beach and consists of 3 apartments. The holiday home is surrounded by a large pristine property with olive an orange trees and lies on a gently sloping hillside above the Fteroti Bay. The apartment on the upper floor is used as a holiday residence by the English speaking owner family. On the ground floor there are two adjacent apartments with separate side entrances. The comfortable, bright and friendly apartment has direct access to the patio and garden and is tastefully furnished. The large roofed 30 sqm patio with BBQ is in 10 m distance from the house and is for common use of guests in both apartments. PHILIPPOS is an ideal accommodation for families with children searching secluded nature close by the seashore. The fine sandy beach can be reached conveniently by foot and is gently sloping for easy access to the water. 2 sunbeds are available at the beach.

Philippos 2 liegt sehr schön an einem Olivenhain mit großem Garten. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und Zustand entspricht griechischem Standard. Als wir kamen gab es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen etc. Man muss erst mal eine Sicherung umlegen( vor dem Bad ander Wand). Der Strand ist nicht immer zugänglich. Der Weg führt durch ein Tor eines Privatgrundstückes mit Hundewarnung, was nicht immer offen ist. Den Hinweis, dass es da einen Schlüssel bei einem Stromkasten gibt, bekommt man erst auf Anfrage (tel.) Die Kommunikation ist in Hinsicht auf diese Sachen recht dürftig. Ich erwarte, dass ich auf solche Dinge im Vorfeld hingewiesen werde!
