Arco is located in the heart of Garda Trentino. On one side Arco overlooks Lake Garda, on the other it is protected by the mountains. It is renowned as a place of rest and treatment, thanks to the mild climate, clean and healthy air and a panoramic position on the lake.

Pratosaiano is a small fraction of Arco, located 1.5 km from the historic center. The residence is surrounded by a private fenced park and swimming pool. Ideal for families, sportsmen, and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The residence is immersed in the greenery of a private park (17,000 m2). The park is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, you will be provided with a remote control to enter and park your cars. Inside there is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful path for your walks. The residence consists of 5 apartments, each apartment has an independent entrance. Pets are allowed only with specific request.

Haus im Grünen

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub und danken unserer Gastgeberin. Die Kinder haben vor allem den Pool und das traumhafte Grundstück mit altem Baumbewuchs und exotischen Pflanzen genossen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Arco oder Riva. Nur zu Fuß sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Arco ca. 1/2 Stunde entfernt. Dafür kann man aber die Ruhe fernab der touristischen Zentren genießen.

Es ist ein in sich abgeschlossenes herrliches Grundstück. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und enthielt alles, was notwendig ist. Gute Betten und Matrazen. Küche zum Kochen geeignet. Mit Induktionsherd

Neu renoviertes Appartment in einer Anlage mit momentan 3 Wohnanlagen mit hilfsbereiten Gastgebern

Der Pool würde täglich genutzt und bietet eine gute Abkühlung. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet mit Kühl- und Eisschrank, 2 Elektroinduktionsplatten, kleiner mobiler Ofen. Die Betten sind bequem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gepflegt und sauber. Das Außengelände ist schön angelegt. Leider fehlen Sitzgelegenheiten. Diese findet man nur direkt am Pool und auf dem Treppenabsatz zu den einzelnen Wohnungen.
