Casa Can Biel is located in a quiet residential area in the well-known holiday resort of Sa Coma and only about 300 metres as the crow flies from the fine sandy beach of Sa Coma Beach and the crystal clear, blue Mediterranean Sea. A large driveway leads to the detached house, past which you enter the garden, which is surrounded by plants and protected from view. Here you will find an inviting pool oasis around the 8 x 4 metre private pool, which offers plenty of sunbathing space and room for relaxing hours or cooling refreshment in the water. A mobile barbecue is available for sociable evenings.
The staircase leads to the first floor and a spacious living room with flat screen TV and German Sat-Tv as well as WiFi internet access. In this room there is also a bright dining area and the exit to the large terrace, from which you can enjoy a wide view over the surrounding residential area. A rustic and fully equipped kitchen is located next to the dining area. A hallway on this first floor leads to a bedroom, which is furnished with a Mallorcan double bed and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom here. The staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, a second bathroom and a cosy reading corner. On the ground floor there is the garage with washing machine and storage rooms.
From the house, you can easily reach the beach in about 7 minutes on foot. In Sa Coma there are also all shopping facilities, such as a large Carrefour supermarket, as well as countless restaurants and shops, plus doctors. The sights of the surrounding area, such as the natural headland of Punta de n'Amer, are also within easy reach. An ideal holiday resort!
