This full-facility resort is located on the southern slope of Steinkopf, at an altitude of 350 to 410 meters above sea level. Situated between the Fulda and Werra Rivers, the small village of Ronshausen / Machtlos offers an excellent mild air quality. The large holiday park consists of 170 houses, and is a paradise for children and an oasis of rest and relaxation for adults. In and around the main building there are excellent facilities including a reception area, restaurant, indoor pool (14 x 5 m), sauna, solarium, table tennis tables (inside & outside), a simple indoor play area and a children playground. Several sports and playing fields are also located in the park. There is even a tennis court and a grilling/campfire area. For the children (primarily during the high season) there are a variety of challenging activities such as crafts and painting projects, tractor ride through the countryside, barbecue campfire with bread on a stick, guided walks, bike rides. Overall, this is an ideal place for a pleasant holiday in a beautiful environment with plenty of activities for all ages.

This 'Winnetou' house has a special appearance, consists of a living area of approximately 68 m2 and can accommodate 2 to 6 persons. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, a sitting area with a TV (satellite), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen which includes 4 hotplates, a refrigerator, electric oven and coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Via a firm wooden staircase you access the first floor where you will find three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds while the other 2 bedrooms have two single beds each. Here you will also find a double sleeping area for children. The house has a storage room. All accommodations are comfortable, individually furnished and have a large plot with a furnished terrace.

Air Spa Ronshausen-Machtlos is situated in the middle of Germany, in the Land of Hessen, just a few kilometers from the former border crossing! Many towns and villages can be found in the vicinity, not to mention fairytale castles, forests with castles and picturesque towns with their characteristic half-timbered houses - far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! In the vicinity of the park you will find hiking and cycling paths (118km), adventure playgrounds and various sports and leisure facilities including a modern outdoor pool with water slides and a mini golf course (Ronshausen). There is a large, protected nature reserve here (Waldhessen) which is bordered by vast forests, romantic valleys and splendid lakes. The woods invite you for impressive walks, horseback riding or cycling. This region offers many wonderful attractions and is known as the 'Land of 40 Burghs'. For example, visit the magnificent castle of Wartburg, which is situated on a hill 441 meters above the city of Eisenach (44km), or visit the beautiful medieval castle in Bad Hersfeld (26km). The large bustling town of Kassel (85km) also has much to offer, including museums, castles (final Wilhelmshöhe, Löwen-burg) and large parks with fountains, waterfalls and water games. Kassel also offers a number of special events such as “Documenta“, an international art exhibition (since 1955, held every 5 years) and the most important exhibition of contemporary visual art in Western Europe. Not only lovers of nature, sports and culture will enjoy this region. Those fond of fine food will also enjoy it. The well-kept Ronshausen Park complete with versatile environment ensures a successful holiday.
